Ya I'm a BJJ guy since day 1 but some of the main flaws transferring to mma comes with the poor takedowns ( why wrestlers transfer to mma better) but also the issue of being to comfy playing the ground game off the back and losing rounds. Plus a lot of BJJ subs don't really come into play in today's mma , u gotta be pretty low level these days to get arm barred or triangle choked. It's takes a nice front headlock series chain of subs or the ole faithful head and arm choke to really give yourself a fighting chance. Unless you're DoBronx level obviously!

Itso's gonna have a hard time looking in the mirror if he loses this over essentially handing his opponent the victory through handing over what was arguably quite an easy position to maintain.

A comdey of errors and stupidity in this fight. Barboza gets it to the ground R1 and does not even attempt a submission. Ito in a moment of pure genius takes it down in R3 and almost gets finished. Smh. These steroid junkies I tell ya...
