Thats correct, he announced it also on his own social media a few hours ago. He is a fighter thats cursed with crazy many canceled fights. Feels like his fights more often get canceled then actually goes through. Unfortunate..

Its cool that SC lets the fighters go up on the scale to weigh in before they go in to the cage.
More sad to see that the Bezerra weighs in on 68 kg walking in to the cage in a 70kg fight and Siraj weighs in on 76,8 kg. Sure they have had drop outs but a little bit too favorable matchup.
