Derrick finally spoke on why the fight fell through last time, he got COVID and that's why he lost all the weight in those pictures a month back. It wasn't him getting in shape. He was super sick, which does not bode well.

With the numerous posts bemoaning the stupidity of Tap to so strongly favor Ivanov I found this interesting:


I switched from Ivanov to Tybura after seeing the weigh ins but even before then I had Tybura 55/45 in other words winning more often than not. Now I'd lean heavier on him. At 45% with a +140 bet I'm willing to pick a slight dog on Tap.

Maybe I'm about to absolutely eat crow, but I'm with Tap on that one. Can't believe the odds came all the way down to a pickem. Ivanov is not good.

Even if Lewis could get in shape, he'd lose a lot of his power, plus be easier to take down. In addition to getting COVID, I think his knees are just really ****** up as happens to a lot of heavyweights late in their careers. He was done after the first punch from Pavlovich. I think Spivak will have similar success, or if not get just out-wrestle a gassed Lewis until getting a TKO. I think Spivak takes this, but it's not a lock.
