Ivanov looked like ****, the rest I don't know what you're talking about, they looked perfectly fine. Ivanov looking fat drained and limping when he walks up the steps or onto the scale. Looks like his knee injury (rumored to have been broken his last fight when he fought with double knee-straps) is still bothering him.

Unfortunately I don't think the bookie I used for that match will cashout my bet. I do have bookies that will cashout any bet that is more favorable than the current line and pay you for it but this wasn't one of them.
Well that's the danger of early bets but I would not have gotten +140 if I waited.

Geez.  Why are guys like Ian Garry and Tatsuro Taira stuck in the "friend zone" of perennial prelim prospect?

They have way more active and impressive recent track records than so many in the division, and they go no love.

Predictions: 6 of 11 Winners, 2 Perfect, 405 Points   |   Tied for 1675th

Ivanov should lost that fight vs Rogerio de Lima,he should lost 29-28. I know Tybura is not as explosive as a Heavyweight should be but c'mon, Tybura should walk down Ivanov and take the fight to the ground easily...Specially as long the fight goes, and like my Man Rah said...At that odds? I GOT PLAY TYBURA

I think they like to keep future stars on prelim for as long as they can so at least some people watch them.

I'm also a big fan but I'd be lying if I said his activity level didn't worry me just a tiny little bit. I think he wins this fight but he's spent just under 90 seconds in the cage since 2018 while Yi Zha has fought 11 times in the same time frame.

90% confidence in the Korean Tiger if I were to quantify it.

Prediction Comments

Predictions: 6 of 11 Winners, 1 Perfect, 355 Points   |   Tied for 2465th

Lewis vs. Spivac
Serghei Spivac, TKO, R3
spivac seems to fight smart and his tank has been pretty good so i'll say he can avoid the big counters and get body-to-body enough times that he eventually gets lewis down and keeps him there.

Jung vs. Clark
Da Un Jung, DEC
i'd rather pick against clark getting multiple td's, that's the only way he wins his fights. jung hasn't been taken down since his debut so hopefully he stays aware and upright.

Tybura vs. Ivanov
Marcin Tybura, DEC
not sure ivanov will be able to take through tybura like he does with other less nimble hw's and marcin definitely has the more versatile arsenal of attacks. could be a lot of clinching and that means split decision?

Choi vs. Nelson
Doo Ho Choi, TKO, R2
guessing choi will look sharp early, land some shots, get tied up, and start to gas, but i still think it'll be enough to keep nelson from threatening too much?

Kino****a vs. Fugitt
Yusaku Kino****a, TKO, R2
seems like yusaku is still pretty raw so it's totally possible he makes a mistake and gives up his back, i'm just not impressed with fugitt's quality of competition before solomon so it looks like he's being put in here to be a stepping stone.

Jubli vs. Saragih
Jeka Saragih, DEC
wanted to say jubli can stay at range and win with volume, but i'm not sure he'll get scorecards if he's forced to backup, saragih might even take him down.

Yi vs. Lee
Zha Yi, DEC
was gonna take lee because of size advantage, but i'm impressed yi beat matsushima so i'll take the chance and say he can survive lee's early storm.

Nakamura vs. Kazama
Rinya Nakamura, TKO, R2
kazama seems to win by sub, but rinya is supposed to be a pretty good wrestler so i'll side with the bookies' interpretation of the style matchup.

Park vs. Choi
Hyun Sung Park, DEC
nothing to judge this and the next 3 upwards off other than betting pundits' assessments. looks like park finds finishes but i'll say the zombie trained fighter can eat the shots without going down. i'd hope that flyweight would mean we don't have to worry about park gassing?

Kim vs. BĂśhm
Ji Yeon Kim, DEC
kim's ufc record isn't good but she's lost to all ranked/fringe ranked girls. bohm hasn't taken down either of her ufc opponents but she could get her first td here if kim crashes in too heavy. i still think she's outgunned standing though.

Park vs. Tiuliulin
Jun Yong Park, DEC
i don't wanna write tiuliulin off too early, but i'm gonna side with park's durability and pacing, denis hasn't won a decision since his pro debut and seems to lose fights that go past r1.

Taira vs. Aguilar
Tatsuro Taira, DEC
stats here say taira is a bit bigger than aguilar and based off aguilar's fight history it doesn't seem like he'll be shy to engage in the grappling, not sure it'll work out for him there with taira. i'll say no finish though.

I can defend Ian Garry being on the prelims just because he always on stacked card and something has to be on the prelim and isn’t he’s next fights either on the Jones vs Gane card or the Izzy vs Alex card

Taira fighting on the first fights on a card like this don’t really make sense, he should be on the main card, but I think they put some good fights early for the American market with how late this card start
