It behoves fighters to be more patient and take the long-term view rather than jumping at the first chance of getting into the UFC.
If you have skills that is. If you're a fighter that is going to struggle or only be a journeyman on the regional scene DWCS might be your only shot since a single good fight can be enough there to get the nod.
Problem is most of them goes 0-2 in the UFC before getting cut and then it's even more of an uphill battle if they want to make it back in.
