I don't think Nate will be able to pull it off really but that's just me. Chimaev is on a roll and those guys from his  area are beasts.

I think it's possible if it goes to the deep rounds. Very possible Nate homer simpsons his way through round after round of a ragetard chimaev who burns himself out, is dead in the 4th or 5th and gets choked or TKO'ed. Especially if Chimaev spends a lot of time in guard.

I don't think Nate Diaz has much of a chance against Khamzat Chimaev, because Chimaev is a wrestler with awesome striking power.

I think he is always live for a guillotine choke as he has won in that manner several times during his UFC career.  Especially if Khamzat shoots wildly and gets himself caught in a bad position. It's unlikely he will knockout Chimaev though.  Diaz isn't really a power puncher but he does have high level BJJ.

Even the great Khabib got caught by Dustin Poirier in a guillotine choke even though Khabib eventually got out of it and won the fight.

So it's either Diaz by SUB or bust for the upset.  Unlikely by KO and by decision.
