very cool fight, Nontshinga hits very hard for a 108er and Flores is all about that pressure so it should be a fun watch. thing is, I think Flores is a deceiving favorite, even if Nontshinga can be hit (check out how Araneta knocked him down in his last fight) he has fought way better comp -no, Jay Harris isn't a good win- and Flores has never gone 12 in his career. it's not a done deal or anything like that but I trust Nontshinga to get the nod

Cruz vs. Mrdjenovich II

I think that these odds are crazy?!!! Mrdjenovich was the favourite when they 1st fought, I think that the head clash and huge cut above her eye massively affected the fight, I think Cruz has a horrible style and she lost her last fight, Mrdjenovich has had 6 or 7 rematches and won them all so she is obviously good at learning from mistakes, adjusting and getting revenge! The fact that the fight is in Mexico and Cruz just for a decision in her favour makes me less confident but I'm taking Jelena. She has big power (she has a couple of the best KO's ever in Female boxing!) and I'm counting on her to land a big, fight ending or altering shot.

Nontshinga is very highly regarded in South Africa and so he should be. He's a supremely slick boxer, lightning quick with fight ending power(90% KO ratio). Flores is the typical high volume, pressure fighting, cardio machine! He is coming off a bad performance, a split decision he could easily have lost vs a. 500 fighter. On the other hand his fight before that was extremely impressive. He came across to the UK and stopped World top 10 ranked (at the time) Jay Harris. He put on lots of pressure, landed with high volume, targeted the body and eventually stopped Harris. I think Flores will try the same approach here but Nontshinga will be too slick to get caught up, will manage to slip and land hard counters that will drop and eventually stop him.

Flores vs. Nontshinga
I can't get enough of Hector Flores at -200. He has a talented harai goshi and a macabre lapel choke and also a maniacal double knife hand block. Flores will flaunt the enemy.
