There's a chance those cancelled fights were supposed to be with a different Raul Rosas, wouldn't be the first time two guys sharing a name got mixed up on tap, though it usually happens with Russians.
Still, he's probably getting the **** kicked out of him given the huge step up in competition.

@lennymma Raul rosas comes from a family of fighters I remember seeing him his brother and sister in bbq tourneys he was 13/14 competing against adults this kid is talented his older sister keina fought McKenzie dern and his dad fought also he’s also trained with talented fighters in the Lubbock tx area like Jonathan Martinez he became pro at 15 and fought in Mexico cause he wasn’t allowed to fight in the states that young kids a prodigy win or lose but keep an eye out.
