Acacio has never beaten anyone good though, so we can't really gauge if his cardio would hold up against someone with a pulse.

You'd think Dos Santos would be some heavy grappler instead he just stands and moves very slowly infront of you, some of his Decisions are VERYYYYY controversial

Everybody thought Matheus won against Dos Santos.

But also if you have a straight up grappling match with Jailton Almeida and survive you probably aren't trash on the ground.. I'll be interested to see Dos Santos BJJ if needed here.

BAHAHAHAHA! LMAO! Calling Turkalj the next Khabib is LAUGHABLE! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Considering switching to Turalj by first round knockout but neither of these guys are good or high level, and that pains me to say because the Pleasure Man is a P4P great nickname and I'd like to see him do well in the sport

Acacio couldn't finish Brigagao either, who's just plain bad as well. Half the fights this week are showcases for guys they want to sign (Buzukja and Turkalj).

We'll see if it backfires, but I doubt it.

Acacio dos Santos has horrible head movement and body positioning. If Anton is even 30 percent as good as his record states, he should be able to end this fight however way he wants. Not sure how far he gets in the UFC but from my recent memory, the Contender Series isn't where there are "trap fights".

Everyone who the UFC deems marketable usually wins and gets a contract in these Contender Series shows unless some of you here can point out some examples where that didn't happen.

Anton has the most potential out of everyone on tonight's fight card especially given the fact he has trained several years with Gus and Chimaev. Maybe we witnessed the end of one Swedish great in Gus last Saturday and will now witness the rise of another Swedish great in Anton a few days after. Both guys are training partners too which is poetic and both fight in the same LHW division too!

I just don’t get why people are calling Turkalij bad, he’s a pretty hyped up prospect too. He’s a solid fighter. He’s also young and on a layoff, which means he’s making improvements

The ones I can think of are
Chelsea Hackett vs Victoria Leonardo (this one backfired obviously)
Herbert Burns vs Darrick Minner (he was a gargantuan favorite heading into this)
Azamat Murzakanov vs matteus Scheffel
Ikram Aliskerov vs Mario sousa (happens later this year but it’s pretty obvious they want Ikram)
Chad Anheilgier vs Muin Gaufarov (also backfired)
Suga Sean vs Alfred Kashakyan

@Mayo, the Azamat one was probably the easiest bet I've ever made in my life. Straight up. Sometimes you wish you had a million dollars just to place on a fighter and outcome cause you know in your bones it is 100 percent going to happen. That Azamat fight was one of those situations.

Check this out... last year somehow Gerald Meerschaert was an underdog to Bartosz Fabinski despite Gerald being an elite sub artist and Fabinski having zero sub defense IQ.
