Predictions: 3 of 4 Winners, 1 Perfect, 175 Points   |   Tied for 255th

Diaz vs. Pyfer
Ozzy Diaz, TKO, R1
Honestly, I don´t trust Diaz that much, he may eat a shot and be out. He is still better than Pyfer and should get it done in good fashion

Basharat vs. Souza
Willian Souza, TKO, R3
I like Farid more but Souza has that talent of getting close to being finished just to KO the oponent 30 seconds later (The Billy Goff special)

Turkalj vs. dos Santos
Anton Turkalj, TKO, R1
Turkalj is better everywhere, I expect him to end it in a flashy way

Buzukja vs. Romero
Dennis Buzukja, DEC
There isn´t a lot of tape from these guys, but I rate Buzukja a bit higher because of faced competition. Still, I don´t expect either guy to get signed

Costa vs. Luna Martinetti
Alessandro Costa, TKO, R2
I think Nono is being overlook because of Martinetti´s record, but from what I have seen I think he will be able to deal with Martinetti´s Jiu-Jitsu (his biggest strength) while dominating on the feet. Martinetti doesn´t have the striking defense and Costa has the power, so I can see the fight ending via KO.

Costas an easy “underdog” pick because he’s the favorite despite what Tapology thinks, and I’m fairly confident in him thankfully. But I’ve actually seen one guy say that he favors Dos Santos to win against Turkalj because he’s more proven and thinks outside of a flash KO Anton doesn’t have the striking to deal with Santos or the grappling to take him down. Thoughts? I’m thinking it’s one of those outlandish picks but the guy seems fairly confident

Why is Basharat favourite here. Willian is huge and Basharat has fought no one

Also don't know anything about them but looking at records, Dos Santos has lost a grappling decision to Jailton Almeida. Turkalj has lost a grappling decision to Alexander Gustaffson. I know which one I rate

For this weekend, I think Farid Basharat definitely has the greatest potential, I see how he works well in all segments of the fight, he is quite careful on his feet, moves on his toes, does excellent potshots and enters takedowns from all angles. The control in the ground floor is extraordinary and I expect a dominating performance, even though the opponent is at a serious level, I think he ran into a mine that in the future might be in the top 15.

Predictions: 3 of 4 Winners, 1 Perfect, 200 Points   |   Tied for 110th

Diaz vs. Pyfer
Joseph Pyfer, TKO, R2
Diaz is bigger and has good jab but is slow. Old. Has been KOd. But pfifer is faster, more volume, never been KOd and is training with Daniel Gracie with his bjj

Basharat vs. Souza
Willian Souza
Souza much bigger and trains with Figuereido. Basharat may be faster and trains at Xtreme coutoure. Go with size and bro curse. Just use at hedge bet with sousa as main dog bet

Turkalj vs. dos Santos
Acácio dos Santos
Turkalj has fought no one and just throws spinning ****. Grappling loss to Gustafson while Santos loss to Jailton Almeida

Buzukja vs. Romero
Dennis Buzukja
Buzukja trains with Ajo, Matt Serra. Is striker. Romero is wrestler but record?

Costa vs. Luna Martinetti
Alessandro Costa, SUB, R1
Costa is smaller but faster, black belt vs purple belt. Martinetti is striker but has fought no one

Diaz vs. Pyfer
Ozzy Diaz, TKO, R1
Neither guy is good, hopefully we can get some entertaining ufc fights out of the winner

Basharat vs. Souza
Farid Basharat, DEC
I always worry about the brother curse + Souza is a featherweight but basharat looks legit

Turkalj vs. dos Santos
Anton Turkalj, SUB, R1
Turkalj beast

Buzukja vs. Romero
Dennis Buzukja, TKO, R1
Buzukja is on my watchlist; he’s no world beater but he’s definitely better than anyone from gladiator challenge

Costa vs. Luna Martinetti
Alessandro Costa, TKO, R2
Not sure how he’s the underdog; better fighter everywhere and more tested

Prediction Comments

Predictions: 3 of 4 Winners, 1 Perfect, 175 Points   |   Tied for 255th

Diaz vs. Pyfer
Ozzy Diaz, TKO, R1
Pyfer is the slight favorite. Interesting, I like Diaz in this one just because I think Pyfer is sloppier than him. Diaz has his chin up at times and makes mistakes but I think he can win this one

Basharat vs. Souza
Willian Souza, TKO, R1
I’m taking a gamble here. Farid looks very good, both brothers are well rounded and can finish the fight in multiple ways. But Souza looks like a solid knockout artist. Plus the height advantage will help. I’m betting on him catching Farid early. Wouldn’t be surprised if Basharat winning though

Turkalj vs. dos Santos
Anton Turkalj, TKO, R1
This one is pretty simple to me, Dos Santos doesn’t seem to be UFC caliber. He might put up a good fight for a minute but I think Anton will put it on him early

Buzukja vs. Romero
Dennis Buzukja, DEC
Dennis is training at a great gym and has much better competition. I think he outworks Romero to a UD

Costa vs. Luna Martinetti
Alessandro Costa, SUB, R2
Close fight. I’m going with Costa because of the better competition. Would not be surprised if Luna Martinetti won though

and came to the conclusion that Farid is just gonna starch him.  I seriously implore you to watch Souza first.
