correct me if im wrong bro, wasn't the davis fight legit right before the emmers fight?

It's ez to look good against Irwin rivera (a brawler), Simmons (a idek what fighter because he doesn't excel at anything except kicks and takedowns at times) and Omar morales (a great win at the time but a guy who's mostly a balanced fighter that doesn't excel at anything specifically) 

Simmons fight was on short notice btw. 

KOing Cub early is super impressive and KOing barboza is super impressive too but those who dont mix it up too much in terms of their martial arts. A guy who mixes it up well (like emmers and davis did) always gives him a hard time, TKZ knows to mix it up if he feels the striking is iffy, like he did with Ige, now the part that tells me he most likely wont be able to get the takedown is that Giga's footwork and distance fighting is good enough to avoid Zombie from getting to close range

Yea the davis fight was on the Copenhagen card in 2019

There is a reason why they matched him up with those guys. Striking showcase fights for giga


Giga is training at a high level gym though. So i think he should be fine with grapplers

I think Giga is a ****** but he’s an excellent kickboxer. His problems are obviously ground game and cardio, if he can improve that then he might have a decent chance of getting a title fight

It was super satisfying seeing Kattar kick the **** out of him after he talked all that mess about Kattar being unwilling to strike with him. Giga is still a great fighter tho, no doubt

I do disagree about him not having heart. He was getting blasted in that Kattar fight and didn’t go down until the last 10 seconds. If he fought my boy Bryce Mitchell he would get absolutely steamrolled

Lewis really about to have lost 4 of his last 5 

I’m rooting hard for Derrick but he loses that one, Spivak is gonna get takedowns at will and punish him on the ground
