Predictions: 9 of 12 Winners, 3 Perfect, 565 Points   |   Tied for 1266th

Gane vs. Tuivasa
Ciryl Gane, SUB, R2
Ciryl is very smart. I'm guessing that he'll take this to where there's a very little chance of a hail mary; take Tuivasa down, then choke him out. I really don't see Tai being able to deal with him on the feet either but I don't think it'll stay there for too long.

Whittaker vs. Vettori
Marvin Vettori, DEC
Vettori is a tougher fight for Whittaker than the odds or community predictions would suggest. He's always in your face and as Izzy said, one of his biggest weapons is his chin - just being able to take damage and give it right back immediately has gotten Rob in tough situations before. Vettori by split decision is my dog pick of the card.

Whittaker might be my favorite fighter, but I do think the collective “we” might be overlooking Vettori. The closest guy Whittaker’s fought recently was probably Yoel Romero who never put out the kind to volume Vettori does.

I can't wait to meme everybody who picks Vettori here. Whittaker is the best anti-wrestler in the division, and everything Marvin throws comes by snail mail. Marvin is inferior in literally every aspect of MMA. Even his top control sucks. His guard is open wider than Mrs Mchchoke's legs when the welfare runs out. He has zero chance of getting and keeping Rob down, which leaves a striking battle that he will lose, because he throws wrote boxing combinations and never moves off the center line.

Whittaker by destruction. Doubt Vettori wins a minute of any round. He's going to be plodding around getting bombed on the entire fight.

The only way Rob loses  is if he looks old overnight, Which i doubt, Because he should be middleweight champion right now, But he's been number 1 or number 2 at 185 since 2017, So who know, I really doubt it happen, But it could happen

But I doubt it happen, And Rob is a lock for me, Because Rob is really great, He's 3rd on my list of best takedown defence behind Aldo and Jones

Love Vettori but Whittaker made a career by fighting and outmaneuvering guys with a block head with his footwork, in and out striking and great TDD.

Whittaker UDC.
