Basically the UFC will not give Aspinall a fight they don't think he can win when he is headlining the biggest card in his own back yard.

Blaydes is going to gas getting takedowns and Aspinal is going to KO him

I feel like Blaydes has shown he is more than competent and capable to get a KO and it's going to be a dangerous fight for Aspinall everywhere it goes imo. I do think he has an edge with the youth factor and that he's taken much less damage in his career thus far, so if he can fight his fight comfortably I think he probably gets a sub around 3rd or 4th round. But I do think Blaydes has the ability to catch him any time, or get a good blast double and GnP to a win to spoil the whole damn show.

There is a noticable difference on hand speed between Blayedes and Aspinal. Aspinal's footwork also seems much better. Usually wrestlers tend to make it a kickboxing match. Blaydes dont shoot for takedowns in 1st round right away. He's a slow starter. He likes to strike then mix it up wih takedowns later. It might cost him 1st round because Aspinal much better with striking. Then we go to 2nd round where losing Blaydes will try td, if he succeedes it we will see back and forth fight then Blaydes might dominate on the ground in a boring fashion, if he fails few takedowns he will slow down and Aspinal will dominate on feet. That's how I see the fight may go.

Watched film, I do like Johnson - however had his back taken multiple times in that LFA title match, if that happens once he's going to the shadow realm, with that being said - This line IMO is definitely over inflated considering the kid is 21 years old and being born in Dagestan he get's the Khabib treatment however the kid is special and I think he will capture a victory by decision.

Curtis vs Hermansson

Predictions: 0 of 0 Winners, 0 Perfect, 0 Points   |   Tied for 4448th

40 percent defensive rating against Vieira?  Well, Vieira was 0 for 20 on takedowns.  So, give Chris Curtis whatever defensive rating you wish.  He also just broke his wrist three or four months ago. That is why his striking looked a bit different.  As much as people think he has one shot knock out power, that really isn't his style.  He is a volume guy that works the body first.  You see it in the Hawes and Allen fights.  He gets them low and then goes high.  His body work will be key to this fight.  Hermansson doesn't have Vieira BJJ, but his wrestling will be levels above Vieira.  Curtis will need to keep this on the feet.  If he can prevent the take downs or do what he does with his sick get-up game, then he will have a solid shot to get this done even with all of the variables against him (which are many).  He has the intangible will that most don't have.  But if this stays on the ground, this could be a long 15 minutes for him and Jack could be a steal pick.  My heart is too far into the Curtis camp for me to wager anything big on this fight.  But the value is on Jack as a small dog.  Now that it is even money, it honestly is priced right.  I think the books pretty much nailed the price, from a betting perspective.

IF Chris gets this done, I think having Sean Strickland and his team in his camp will be a big reason why.  They know what needs to be done for Chris' path to victory.

Great fight in the heavyweight division right here. 2 guys who are in their primes and have both came off of the best wins in their careers. I still like Aspinall in this one as I believe he will be champion down the line. Curtis does make some mistakes sometimes so I think he will get himself in trouble and Tom will put it on him

Hermansson vs. Curtis
Chris Curtis, DEC
The more I think about this fight the closer I think it is. I’m still going with Curtis using his takedown defense and boxing to win a UD. Wouldn’t entirely be surprised with a Hermansson W though

Pimblett vs. Leavitt
Jordan Leavitt, SUB, R2
This is one that I’m looking forward too. I don’t care for Paddy that much and I’ve been a monkey king fan since catching him on LFA. Both guys have terrible striking, that cannot be denied. The fight will be won in the ground game where I think Leavitt will catch him in a slick submission of some kind

Craig vs. Oezdemir
Paul Craig, SUB, R2
Great fight right here. Could go either way because you never know how Craig is gonna show up. But lately he’s been on point so I think he’ll sub Volkan and get KOd by a top opponent in his fight after that
