Prediction Comments

Predictions: 6 of 13 Winners, 2 Perfect, 390 Points   |   Tied for 2943rd

Kattar vs. Emmett
Calvin Kattar, DEC
I think Kattar will get taken down a couple of times by Emmett but then he will start stuffing them and keep it standing. Emmett has knockout power but Kattar will just pick him apart and has that power too.

Cerrone vs. Lauzon
Joe Lauzon, TKO, R1
I don't see this fight lasting long. I'm gonna take Lauzon for the upset here with an early ground and pound.

Means vs. Holland
Kevin Holland, DEC
Tim Means is a beast. I'll take Holland to win a hard fought decision but don't sleep on Means.

Buckley vs. Duraev
Albert Duraev, SUB, R1
This fight will be extremely close. Duraev didn't look great his last time out and Buckley did look good. I'm gonna say that Duraev gets the win though.

Ismagulov vs. Kutateladze
Damir Ismagulov, DEC
Ismagulov keeps flying under the radar. This guy is a future champ. This fight will be a banger because Guram is a monster too.

Marquez vs. Rodrigues
Julian Marquez, TKO, R1
Extreme power punchers here. Fight will end early because both guys are gonna gas. Give me Marquez.

Yanez vs. Kelley
Adrian Yanez, TKO, R1
Kelley could just wrestle Yanez for 3 rounds here but I'm taking Yanez to knock this guy out. Kelley is a bum like why are you gonna flip the crowd off lmao. Grow up. Let's go Yanez.

Jasudavicius vs. Silva
Jasmine Jasudavicius, DEC
Jasmine is pretty good. She should win this fight unanimously.

Wells vs. McGee
Jeremiah Wells, TKO, R2
I like Wells to knock McGee out at some point.

Chavez vs. Ramos
Ricardo Ramos, DEC
Ramos here. Chavez is tough and has some nice leg kicks but Ramos is more skilled.

de Paula vs. Oliveira
Gloria de Paula, DEC
de Paula is better everywhere than Oliveira. Oliveira looked absolutely terrible in her debut. One of the worst debuts I've seen in a while.

Stamann vs. Wineland
Cody Stamann, DEC
Stamann will just rinse and repeat with takedowns against Wineland for 3 rounds.

Hawes vs. Winn
Deron Winn, DEC
Phil Hawes has the wrestling as well as the striking. Winn just has the wrestling. I do like the wrestling from Winn more though and I do think that he can continuously take Hawes down and win. Wouldn't be shocked to see Hawes get a ko though.

Daukaus vs. Dolidze
Kyle Daukaus, DEC
Daukaus should win this. I don't think he subs Dolidze but I hope this isn't a boring fight cause Roman likes to just lay and pray.

Dont listen to him about Jasudavicius 🤣, he's just mad hansen lost the fight.

Outside of "armbar from guard" she wins pretty easily.

Dont forget about the cupcake schedule silva has been facing recently

So about Duraev. People seem really confident in him. Did you guys watch his fights before the UFC? I didn't have time to watch more than his contender series and one UFC fight and they were not THAT impressive.
He smashed a bum on contender series which tells us nothing. Then in the UFC fight he tries to strike with a striker in rd 1 and does ok. Smashes him on the ground in rd2 but gasses out and loses the 3rd round to grab a close 29-28.

Now maybe if he grappled rd 1 it would have been much easier for him but then that doesn't inspire confidence in his fight IQ.

Just asking cus maybe he's a world beater and has shown that in other promotions, curious to hear ya'lls thoughts on him. It probably has been discussed in the thread before but I don't have time to read every post on here so I'm asking it again.

Also it's not like I'm high on Buckley or anything but from the limited footage I have on Duraev I wouldn't be surprised if Buckley knocks him out, Duraev was dropped at one point in his UFC fight as well.

Edit: Or maybe he got dropped in the contender series, just remember him being dropped at one point.

Kattar vs. Emmett
Calvin Kattar, DEC
Emmett has real power in his hands. He could land something big in this fight and win. If not tho I see it going to and judges. Maybe split decision for kattar

Hawes vs. Winn
Phil Hawes, TKO, R2
Dc hyped up Winn but so far i haven’t seen anything since the night he fought on the Jake Paul card

Daukaus vs. Dolidze
Kyle Daukaus, DEC
Don’t really like this guy but he’s been on a terror

SILVA will use her quickness and kicks to stay away from the takedown and out volume Jasmine. Silva has good wrestling, but I think she'll keep that in her back pocket.

Predictions: 6 of 13 Winners, 1 Perfect, 350 Points   |   Tied for 3238th

Kattar vs. Emmett
Calvin Kattar, DEC
emmett always has the big shot, but kattar's chin hasn't been cracked yet and i think he can stay disciplined enough to score around the attempts.

Cerrone vs. Lauzon
Joe Lauzon, TKO, R1
joe has more pop left in him.

Means vs. Holland
Kevin Holland, SUB, R2
tim means tends to do well against guys who choose to exchange with him, which holland will, but i also feel like kevin will be opportunistic and jump on tim if he takes a bad shot.

Buckley vs. Duraev
Albert Duraev, DEC
unsure what kinda pace we'll see but i feel like duraev will have more options as to where the fight takes place and may not gas as quickly as joaquin.

Ismagulov vs. Kutateladze
Guram Kutateladze, DEC
i think the layoff has people forgetting how complete guram looked against gamrot. damir has pretty much shut down each of his opponents though so it's possible he forces his own pace.

Marquez vs. Rodrigues
Julian Marquez, TKO, R1
i'm probably missing something here, but i feel like marquez is undervalued here. he should have a speed advantage i believe and gregory throws very wide.

Yanez vs. Kelley
Adrian Yanez, DEC
thinking yanez's movement will keep tony missing and get him tired.

Jasudavicius vs. Silva
Jasmine Jasudavicius, DEC
don't know enough about silva to make an educated pick, but jasmine looked more than justsortavicious in her last outing with those elbows so i'll say she rides the momentum.

Wells vs. McGee
Jeremiah Wells, DEC
court has denied grinders before and i think he's gonna make wells really work hard, just not sure he'll be able to hurt wells enough to stop the pressure while he still has gas.

Chavez vs. Ramos
Ricardo Ramos, DEC
ramos' losses have been to pretty quality opponents so i see why he's a big favorite. i'll say he has more ways to threaten.

de Paula vs. Oliveira
Gloria de Paula, DEC
both have seen their share of quality opponents, but i'll trust the bookies on this one and say gloria rides the momentum.

Stamann vs. Wineland
Cody Stamann, DEC
eddie still has some hands, but i'm not confident he can sting cody hard enough to deter the pressure.

Hawes vs. Winn
Phil Hawes, DEC
hate picking these guys' fights, deron can win this with some td's if phil starts to fade. tempted to say it doesn't happen early enough though.

Daukaus vs. Dolidze
Kyle Daukaus, DEC
expecting kyle to have a more consistent pace.

I can’t believe its canceled again.

Duraev exudes so much confidence that it makes fans confident in him. That’s just my opinion. That being said Duraev/Buckley should be a great fight. They trained with each other so maybe Duraev knows how it’ll go.
