MacDonald vs. Umalatov
Magomed Umalatov, TKO, R2
I think the time of the Umalats has come and the time of Macdonald has passed. I expect that Umalatov will win him in all spheres of the fight, but that he will have a problem finding distance with Macdonald still leading with a good jab.

Barborík vs. Radu
Vojto Barborík, SUB, R1
Radu puts his head down during exchanges, I expect Barborik to take advantage of that and get a guillotine.

Why did that bum ass ***** pull out anyway? Something serious so he can have an excuse to **** off to Russia for a year or is it something minor so he can hopefully be fed to Cooper or something on the PPV

I'm not suggesting anything fishy is happening but you have to think that it's good for PFL to have a name like Rory be at the Championship event for drawing more eyes. Come to think of it, so far the championships are all ex ufc fighters.

Question for all you guys, I don't know enough about the PFL, I lost interest some time ago because of all the shenanigans that happen in it.
But one fight that really interests me is Sy vs Leal. Who do you guys think wins and why? I am kinda leaning Sy but I think a lot are on Leal. Can you tell me why? I mean I get that he won against Ray Cooper, but Cooper looked absolutely terrible that fight (as many heavy PFL favourites do on the day of the fight they are hands down supposed to win... hmmm). I don't know enough about him to have a real opinion

14th Place
I think it's exactly that, I believe people are on Leal to win given his performance over last season's champ Ray. Ray however I think had some kind of injury in the fight and even missed weight, but nevertheless twas still a good performance given the circumstances.
About the Leal vs Sy fight, I'm very slightly leaning Leal to crowd him and beat him in the pocket but Idk if it's a good call, Sy is honestly very well rounded and has pretty good striking, his record is insanely deceiving and every time I've picked against him this season I immediately started contemplating whether or not I should switch to him, I never do and sure enough I regret it lmao. I said I thought Leal would beat him in the pocket but that'll be insanely hard for him to even get there in the first place

Rory is so washed, I hate to say it but this fight hardly even matters. He's gonna lose to either Leal or Sy again, a this point his only option is to get a TD and hold on for dear life, it's very sad to see.

I know this is a late response to your point but learn how to read and don’t put words in my mouth, I clearly said if Darren learned “How to get up properly” he could’ve had a way better chance at winning the fight no where did I say something like “if he just got up he could’ve won” that’s why I worded it the way I did because I KNOW that there is a technical aspect when it comes to standing back up, I know how hard it is to get back to your feet, and no where in their fight did Darren show any knowledge of that which is why Stanton was able to hold him down for almost three whole rounds. Next time don’t be so quick to call people casuals just because you don’t agree with their opinion 🤣. Respect to Stanton though he did what he had to do to win that match and now he’s in the PFL because of it, and at least now he’s getting some recognition along with better pay, and also if you thought I was calling Stanton a can I didn’t mean for it to sound like that at all.
