Lastly, Umarov's main thing is his grappling, yes, but there's no reason he shouldn't be more proficient than Lucas on the feet. I'm expecting it to be very ugly, but he should do enough to get the job done if he keeps it standing.

For example Silvera being a favourite over Akmedov. It's because he is better on the feet, has a decent ground game and won't get submitted and has stellar cardio. Unless Akmedov submits him early which isn't going to happen Akmedov will slow down and by round 3 he will be gassed. His cardio isn't getting better with age and both will be juiced up.
Another one, Hamlet is favourite over Cory because he was beating him for 2 rounds before gassing in round 3. This is not likely to happen again as he will pace himself better.
Finally Barbosa is about as elite as it gets on the ground and is from a good gym. From what I've heard he is decent on the feet amd it only needs to hit the ground once and its over. Umarov is not, and I repeat, not a Dagestani wrestler. He is an American short notice fighter and is very likely going to get subbed pretty quick
No idea what to make of Sebie he is probably trash and deserves to be an underdog.

3. Pergande
4. Babulaidze
5. Silveira
6. OAM

Not confident in Espinosa or Pettis. I think they both win but Jackson is decent and I think Pettis is half checked out and could retire

Trendy New Predictions
Predictions: 8 of 9 Winners, 5 Perfect, 525 Points | Tied for 226th
I am going with Josh Silveira at -205. He has a meritorious bolo punch. Silveira shall drop the chosen one.
Aubin-Mercier vs. Martinez
I am going with Olivier Aubin-Mercier at -240. He has a homemade fallaway moonsault slam and a jinxed stamina. Aubin-Mercier could blast the ring announcer.
Nunes vs. Potter
I go for Marcelo Nunes at -330. He has a yucky crossface. Nunes is about to blast the masterpiece. Believe in yourself!
Hendricks vs. Hamlet
I favor Marthin Hamlet at -150. He has a wondrous osoto gari. Hamlet could vaccinate the previous pitfalls.
Sebie vs. Babulaidze
I am all over Itso Babulaidze at -130. He has a tremendous facebuster. Babulaidze might outsmart the dissentient.
Barbosa vs. Umarov
I embrace Lucas Barbosa at -140. He has a brash inverted atomic drop. Barbosa will seize the unthinkable.
Espinoza vs. Jackson
I lean towards Elvin Espinoza at -380. He has a nutty inverted atomic drop. Espinoza can operate the feat.
Zurcher vs. Jimenez
I am enamored with Brahyan Zurcher at -410. He has a delusional knife hand block and a hot oshi-dashi. Zurcher could gargle the cutman.
Pergande vs. Quiles
I have got Alexei Pergande at -365. He has a sincere full nelson. Pergande should bully the ring announcer.
Wilkinson vs. Monte
I believe in Rob Wilkinson at -310. He has a jarring attitude. Wilkinson will likely usurp the unthinkable.
