Melo is bad, but Jindrová is worse.

Sy vs. Aleksakhin
Sadibou Sy, TKO, R2
So did nobody watch the last fight with Aleksakhin vs Sy? Sy was destroying him and he faked a low blow to get out of there. He couldn't take Sy down and he wasn't holding a candle to his striking.

Pettis vs. Price
Anthony Pettis, DEC
Oh man if Anthony pettis can’t beat this bum then idk

MacDonald vs. Cooper
Rory MacDonald, TKO, R2
Brett cooper has been fighting surprisingly good competition. Rory is past his prime but hasn’t been looking too terrible, just been fighting better comp

Magomedkerimov vs. Zeferino
Magomed Magomedkerimov, TKO, R2
Good fight but magomedkerimov is a level above imo

Fabian vs. Budd
Julia Budd, DEC
Mismatch but I suppose Fabian is one of the few 155ers that isn’t a total can. Budd is really good tho, the people need budd vs Harrison if we can’t get cyborg.

Sy vs. Aleksakhin
Sadibou Sy, DEC
I feel like I will regret this pick

Pacheco vs. Fayzallanova
Larissa Pacheco, TKO, R1
All I’m saying is there’s a reason we don’t see many kazakh women fighting mma. Also Pacheco has a concerning amount of testosterone in her body lol

Tibau vs. Al-Silawi
Jarrah Hussein Al-Silawi, TKO, R2
This is a great litmus test for jarrah. I think he’s very good but tibau is no pushover

Kolesnyk vs. Montes
Abby Montes, TKO, R3
It’s embarrassing that kolesnyk is a pro, let alone an mma fighter

Melo vs. Jindrová
Vanessa Melo, DEC
This fight suuuuuuucks. Melo may be garbage but at least she lost to good fighters in the ufc

Cooper III vs. Umalatov
Ray Cooper III, TKO, R2
Good fight but I don’t think umalatov is ready for a big step up like this yet. Cooper could be ranked in the ufc imo, he’s just a little small for the division l.

Thoughts on Sy, Tibau or Zeferino as underdogs? I think Sy was winning the first fight before the eye poke, and Tibau has the experience to win. Haven't watched tape on Zeferino, is he live here?

tibau could wrestle i suppose. zeferino is decent, but the russian is overhyped. sy beat kunchenko recently so he is live but his record might scare people away.

only dog im interested in is genah fabian. julia budd has fallen off a cliff. like holy ****. having 2 close fights with low level women is a red flag to me.

im waiting on the genah fabian by dec line. should be decent

I am taking it a step further on Al-Silawi.  While he is skilled and has some explosion, that betting line is massively disrespectful.  This guy has faced no one compared to Tibau.  I can see a world where Tibau gives him fits and junkyard dogs his way to a decision win, without a doubt.  His best win is against Carlston Harris and the guy has faced 3 people in rematches.  The guy is 3-3 in those fights.  He has been knocked out himself, as well.  He is extremely unproven and that last Michael Lilly win was nothing more than a set up fight.  Maybe he goes out and gets the finish but I am taking the dog shot here.  Tibau is absolutely live.

I think you're severely underestimating what you're seeing on Al-Silawi's record.

Sure, he's not coming out of the US Regional scene, but my god, wins against Fakhreddine, Reznikov, Hamed, Booth, Bear, Harris, Naurdiev. Like Harris isn't even the best fighter he's beaten, have you ever seen an Abdouraguimov fight? He's a killer and he took him to deep waters and finished him.  How could you say he's unproven? He's got damn near the best level of competition a regional fighter can have lol. Not to mention you failed to really look at the context of any of those losses/rematches. Lost to Booth in his second pro fight, rolled through him in the rematch. Lost a close split to Fakreddine, subbed him in the rematch. Lost a close split to Abdouraguimov, made him quit in the rematch.

Is the line a bit wide, yeah probably. But all your points about Al-Silawi are just sort of untrue.

Ok.

Gleison Tibau has fought Islam Makhachev future UFC title contender, Khabib Nurgamedov arguably the GOAT (gave him a helluva fight), Tony Ferguson former title contender still considered one of the best lightweights, Rafael dos Anjos former champion has fought everyone in multiple weight classes still a contender, Nick Diaz bad ass former Strikeforce WEC and IFC champion (legend), Jim Miller most fights in UFC history bad ass still knocks young guys out, Jeremy Stephens a ******* savage, Tyson Griffin, Joe Stevenson... The ******* guy has seen it all.

So, pardon me for being unmoved by the Titan FC or whatever promotion guys he has faced.  Maybe I am disparaging Al-Silawi's competition, but that is why.  The level of competition is insulting to compare.  And again, he absolutely could starch Tibau.  It's MMA.  I just see this line as very disrespectful.
