this is such a ridiculously good fight. winner probably comes back to the ufc, no dwcs. both guys are really good imo; burlinson got set back from a ufc contract because of his striking defense (something he has to work on moving forward) and Rhys is far better than his ufc tenure would tell you, just got fed to the wolves (literally lol)

How can you win 5 fights out of more than a hundred (there were fights that werent added to his record that he lost), and still do it? 40 fight lose streak, is he paid to lose? a boost to other's records

The fighter you're referring to is Reece Street and quite simply, yes, he basically makes his living padding other fighter's records. Even if the fight isn't explicitly fixed, he certainly puts very little effort into it and there seems to be an unofficial understanding that he'll lose to help the other guy out. Obviously promotors find him useful to hype up their prospects so that's why he keeps getting fights. If you go onto his page, you'll see there's a disclaimer above his picture that basically says that some of his fights might be marked on here as exhibitions due to the lack of competitive effort put into the fight. There are some other fighters as well who do similar things as well and they'll also have the same disclaimer. These guys are often referred to as "jobbers" and if you see one of those guys on a fighter's record then you can basically just disregard that fight completely.
