Based off what? Charles has the advantage everywhere but wrestling. On the feet it's a complete mismatch and on the ground Charles is the best in the division off his back. Charles can win via KO, Sub or Dec. Makachev will likely need to win by sub or late stoppage due to wearing him down.

Charles has more ways to win and is much more dangerous

While I don't think it's a complete mismatch on the feet ANYMORE (I used too cause let's be honest who tf thinks Dagestani hugfesters can strike?) but Charles is still pretty clearly the much better striker of the 2. Is it an enormous difference? No, he's no Yair Rodriguez, but he should have a large advantage on the feet
