Cuts should not be given any credence imo. Some people simply have skin that tears easy and shouldn't be penalized for it. The loss of blood (and vision in this case) IS the advantage to the opponent - they shouldn't be given points on top of that.

I can't believe 2 judges didn't vote for Yan in the first round after the Russian was effective with his stiking, he got a takedown, control and G&P.
The criteria of the unified rules are a joke: Corrupt Judges and Referees will always handle those criteria as they please to disqualify whoever they want and others give them NC, to give victories to those who are favorites of the promoters and steal fights.
The first 2 rounds were clear for Yan.
