Predictions: 5 of 5 Winners, 2 Perfect, 380 Points | 8th Place
Robert Mitchell, TKO, R1
After reading his wiki, it sucks that Irving got cut from the nfl for weed. That being said, Mitchell has boxing experience which counts more than athleticism.

So was that David Irving a high level NFL guy?? I'd never heard of him but I only know a little about NFL. There wasn't any mention of it in any boxing websites or even on Boxing twitter.
Anyway, so you're saying that Irving isn't the mythical NFL level Athlete to make a successful transition to combat sports??!

Yes, I was at the show. Irving was a marginal talent for the Cowboys who washed out following several positive tests, both for PEDs and cannabis. He's been training at Terence Crawford's gym in Omaha for a few months. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/David_Irving_(American_football)
If you saw Mark Gastineau's fight against Tim Anderson, this was practically a replay. Irving didn't go down, but he was so gassed by the end of the first round that he could barely stand. He did score a flash knockdown early on that looked like a push from where I was sitting, but the best thing that could be said about him in rounds 2-4 was that he was ambulatory. Granted, Mitchell didn't look much better (he weighed in at 314 and looked about 7 months pregnant), but he at least managed some combinations across the last three rounds that scored a few points. Initially, the decision was announced for Mitchell, but then, citing some math problems at the judges' table, this was "corrected" to an Irving win - to a chorus of derision and a sheepish grin from Mitchell. Horse**** decision. The draw in the Gomez-Aguilar match was defensible, I suppose, but Aguilar won that bout; Gomez got gift.
No crowd unruliness to speak of, though. One of the concession workers passed out for some reason next to us - I don't know what that was about. The medics tended to her and she was fine.

Did you just say Irving won?
You say Mitchell was originally announced as winner but then it was changed to Irving.
Says on BoxRec that Mitchell won. I have had a look on the promoter website and all it says is that it was a "controversial" result but not who actually won!!!
