Felipe Bunes, SUB, R2
so im probably going to regret this pick. Formiga is old and on a losing streak but has lost to some ridiculous competition. he was still a top guy at FLW when he left. he is pretty old for the division so it will be interesting to see how he looks after a long layoff. both these guys dont have the best striking but I would give the advantage to bunes. his bjj looks really slick and he out grappled a solid grappler in mikael silander. think his age and speed will help him out here. also he was on a 3 fight L streak but those losses were very close and to good competition.
Carpenter vs. Ramos
Clayton Carpenter, TKO, R1
carpenter is so ******* good. so much experience from being a pankration gold medalist to ibjjf gold medalist to golden gloves champion. hes very well rounded and super athletic. Ramos has a very good bjj background but carpenter has all the tools. hes a very bright prospect.
Hassanzada vs. Wilson
Ahmad Suhail Hassanzada, SUB, R2
Wilson has good record and trains at a great gym but has fought really bad competition. dont know anything about hassanzada but he has fought better guys.
Cortes-Acosta vs. Weaver
Waldo Cortes-Acosta, TKO, R1
cortes is ok but poor fight iq. he should cruise here cuz his opponent has been finished in all his losses and hasn't fought good competition
Wourms vs. Jones
Jacobi Jones, DEC
better competition for jones
Tanner vs. Lindi
Kasey Tanner, SUB, R2
negative record s undefeated guy
Ho vs. Crossi
An Ho, DEC
two guys making pro debuts after having successful ammy careers. going with an ho because hes fought more experienced competition and trains at a good gym
Goodwin vs. Bojorquez
Ovidio Bojorquez, TKO, R2
olvido coming off of a bad loss but hes young and his opponent is also 41
Martinez vs. Sandoval
Chris Sandoval, SUB, R1
Sandoval coming off of a loss but has been very active in his career
La Vanway vs. Highley
Jacob Highley, DEC
literally nothing on la vanwqy

Tanner vs. Lindi

Tanner has a Suloev stretch win, I'm instantly a fan
Ho vs. Crossi
An Ho, DEC

Jussier Formiga, DEC
Hoping ONE or Bellator(At BW I guess) gives him a shot, the most underrated 125lber of the last era. Bunes is no joke and live as a dog, left a pretty good account of himself despite the losses for ACA.
Cortes-Acosta vs. Weaver
Waldo Cortes-Acosta, TKO, R1
Why is this guy not on TUF? Dammit.

Jussier Formiga, DEC
Formiga isn't prime anymore so it wouldn't surprise me to see him lose here but I think the step-up is a bit high for Bunes here. Formiga is on a skid faced with Alex Perez, a man with championship potential, former champ Moreno, and pre-Figgy Benavidez. His last win was over Figgy too, though close to 3 years, I think it holds some weight in the step down from the big leagues here.
