Jared Gordon, DEC
Gordon last fought Joe Solecki (a really good grappler) and despite being backpacked in the first round, he displayed superior wrestling and striking in the second and third rounds to earn a unanimous decision victory. Dawson is undefeated in the UFC (5-0-1 record) and his great success in the UFC is due to a solid ground game, but in his last fight, in the third round (when both were more tired) Glenn I managed to taked down and control Grant Dawson for practically the entire round, I managed to be close to finishing him from the crucifix position and with several submission attempts (10-8 round). Of all the underdogs (excluding the main and co-main event, since those matchups on paper are really even) Gordon is the underdog most likely to upset, if Ricky Glenn took the initiative and controlled Dawson on the ground. , It is clear that the path to victory for Gordon is to start working with his striking and then look for the takedowns on Dawson from round 1.
Meerschaert vs. Jotko

GM3 is coming off an interesting run, with comeback submission wins against Fabinski, Muradov and Stoltzfus. For his part Jotko will look to get back on track near the top 15, he is coming off 4 wins in his last 5 fights and his only loss was against #4 ranked Sean Strickland. GM3 is dangerous when the fight is on the ground (either from back control or even with his back on the ground is a risk with the guillotine or armbar), but I consider Jotko to have a wrestling, enough to avoid going to the ground and other compromising situations in grappling. Jotko has a significant advantage in striking and hand in hand with his wrestling I think he will go the route and take a unanimous decision victory.
Taira vs. Candelario

Candelario in his fight at DWCS showed that he had great wrestling, being good in the top position and a decent performance in striking, I remember that the decision of that fight was very closed and even controversial, that was the reason why despite losing Dana White offered Candelario a contract to be part of the UFC roster. Taira is 10-0 and expectations are high for his UFC debut, but I think Candelario will be a good test for Taira's ground game.

Not entirely confident, but Font missed weight and didn't look great overall at weigh ins. I give the grappling edge to Chito and think he will turn up the heat in the later rounds and find a sub. A close decision wouldn't surprise me either.
