Cutelaba v Spann is one of the best matchups at 205

This fight can go either way. I can see Spann catching the Moldavian Hulk with a guillotine after a reckless takedown shot by Ion, specially if Ryan hurts him beforehand. And of course i can see Ion impose his wrestling, and win a decision or get a knockout in round 2 or 3

I hope Manuel finishes Frank in the 1st round, otherwise it's gonna be a prolonged beating. Torres has great movement, has very high fight iq, perfect selection of shots, wellrounded skills, very high accuracy, very good understanding of distance,... Frank is outmatched here, and he's a great fighter himself, with very good ground game, solid wrestling, durability, very skilled in the pocket with his boxing, and a guy that mostly loses short-notice fights that he takes at 170 against monsters like prime Geoff Neal and Li Jingliang

Amanda Ribas will get dismantled, why did she take this fight? Her manager is doing her a big disservice

Chookagian is wellrounded, and she's 1 of the best strikers in wmma history, specially in kickboxing distance, not even Valentina Shevchenko dared to stand with her and she shot immediately for the takedown against Katlyn. Only Irene Aldana has been able to outclass her in the long kickboxing range, although Chookagian got the split decision that many ppl disagree with, and only Jessica Andrade has been able to hurt her on the feet, but it was from a short hook, not mid-to-long striking range, where Katlyn is worldclass
That said, i don't see Amanda being able to control the range as effectively to do much in this fight, and even if she catches a kick or somehow gets a takedown, i don't see her getting a submission or doing much on the ground. Katlyn is gonna dominate, and i think she can get a tko stoppage

at first i wondered if this was a recency bias, but then i realized that rakic may have been favorited over jan even prior to the glover loss. his well-rounded skillset leads to another uneventful decision.
