Killer New Predictions
Predictions: 8 of 12 Winners, 4 Perfect, 500 Points | Tied for 1944th
I select Charles Oliveira at -170. He has a maniacal double knife hand block. Oliveira ought to screw the victory.
Chandler vs. Ferguson
I take Michael Chandler at -365. He has a unique double leg. Chandler won't quench the counteragent.
St. Preux vs. Rua II
I am all about Ovince St. Preux at -240. He has a natural heart stomp. St. Preux won't ignite the crowd noise. Вот, где собака зарыта!
Fialho vs. VanCamp
I am sniffing Andre Fialho at -420. He has a radical check hook. Fialho is gonna negate the foe.
Royval vs. Schnell
I desire Brandon Royval at -250. He has a venomous bolo punch. Royval won't penetrate the foe. Trust me!
Ivanov vs. Rogério de Lima
I can't get enough of Blagoy Ivanov at -150. He has a zippy gas tank. Ivanov could grapple the opposing forces.
Cortez vs. Gatto
I am taking Tracy Cortez at -140. She has a brash indian deathlock. Cortez shall blast the ring announcer.
Rodrigues vs. Vergara
I elect Kleydson Rodrigues at -360. He has a natural elevator hook sweep. Rodrigues might unseat the feat.
Godinez vs. Carnelossi
I am enamored with Lupita Godinez at -180. She has a laudable gas tank and a lame knife hand block and also a decent high kick. Godinez must elevate the deed. Trust me!
Newson vs. Garcia
I go with Fernie Garcia at -135. He has a trendy randleplex. Garcia isn't about to leverage the natural order.
Chiasson vs. Dumont
I am with Norma Dumont at -225. She has a talented kneebar. Dumont is about to destroy the previous pitfalls. No doubt!
Namajunas vs. Esparza II
I am obsessed with Rose Namajunas at -220. She has an obscene clawhold. Namajunas might attempt the achievement.
Cerrone vs. Lauzon
I am all about Donald Cerrone at -175. He has an ironic hammerlock and a sassy double knife hand block. Cerrone will likely ruin the enemy. Die daumen drücken!

Charles Oliveira, SUB, R2
The weigh in thing changed the perspective of this fight a lot, but I think that Khabib showed that Gaethje on the ground is slow for transitions, I am not making a comparison between the two (Khabib or DoBronx), but I am sure that if Oliveira get the backpack or top position on the ground, he will submit Gaethje faster than it took him to submit Dustin. I think it is clear that Charles will fight from the striking at the beginning of the fight and that is where Gaethje's opportunity is, that if he connects an accurate hand like the ones that left Vick and Barboza unconscious or the one that left him practically out of action al Cowboy can take the win. I don't see Gaethje TKO Oliviera due to accumulation of strikes, the other noteworthy thing is that I think Gaethje is underestimating Oliveira's striking I wouldn't be surprised if DoBronx's path to submission begins with a knockdown
Namajunas vs. Esparza II
Rose Namajunas, DEC
Much has been said that Rose is not so good in rematches, but I consider that Esparza, beyond his offensive wrestling, does not have much to offer to complicate Rose, I even consider that during this fight one of the strategies of the Namajunas team should Whether Rose looks for reversals if she hits the ground or even looks for takedowns herself, Esparza with her back on the ground is pretty harmless. The surprise finish is always a possibility in Rose fights, but I really envision a Namajunas playing it safe and winning on all scorecards 49-46.
Chandler vs. Ferguson
Michael Chandler, DEC
Tony has suffered two very strong losses in a row: Against Gaethje he took a beating at the end, but in the beginning of the fight he had his moments, against Oliviera and Dariush was totally neutralized for a total of half an hour adding both fights. Chandler is sure to go for the knockout in the first round and that may also be the opportunity for Feguson to drop him with a counter uppercut. But personally I see Chandler using his wrestling background and dominating in the second and third rounds to take an anticlimactic decision.
St. Preux vs. Rua II
Ovince St. Preux, TKO, R1
OSP has been looking really bad lately (especially against Boser), but Shogun shouldn't be fighting anymore. I've heard that Shogun is very good at rematches, he wishes he was wrong but my prediction is that at some point OSP will catch Rua with some strong counter punch to turn off the lights.
Cerrone vs. Lauzon
Donald Cerrone, TKO, R2
Two legends of the UFC and honestly it is a good main card opener for the nostalgic of the old era and the general public. I think that Cowboy has not looked good in his last 2 fights, but we all know that Cowboy is a slow starter and his last 2 opponents (Price and Morono) are young and quite hungry, I think things will be quite different against Lauzon. I believe that the fight will be fairly even at first but Cerrone will find the KO by Head Kick in the second round.
Fialho vs. VanCamp
Andre Fialho, TKO, R1
It's MMA and anything can happen with 4 oz gloves, but Fialho will most likely demolish VanCamp before the first round is over.
Brown vs. Williams
Khaos Williams, TKO, R1
Brown has come a long way in the last couple of years, but before this fight I am reminded of his hammerfist loss from the bottom against Niko Price and the brutal knockout loss against Vicente Luque. I'm not saying that Brown is a ''glass chin'' but what I am sure of is that Khaos has considerable KO Power like Price and Luque. I think that in this fight the victory scenario for Brown is 15 minutes of perfect work, while for Khaos Williams it is landing a good hand or a good combination. I was one of those who doubted Williams' knockout ability after the first round, but against Baeza he showed that he has KO power at all times and despite having the base affected. My Prediction: Khaos Williams by Knockout in the first or second round.
Chiasson vs. Dumont
Norma Dumont, DEC
Chiasson's only resource is the clinch, Dumont surpasses her in striking, grappling and wrestling. I really wouldn't be surprised if Dumont gets his first TKO/SUB victory in the UFC tonight. PS: It's a shame when a fighter loses weight by such a small margin with 0.5 pounds, she dealt with the towel, but probably a little haircut (neck length or even less) would have helped her give the weight (as Shawn Porter did at the weigh-in for his fight against Ugas).
Ivanov vs. Rogério de Lima
Blagoy Ivanov, DEC
Ivanov is really tough and has a great foundation in sambo. De Lima is going to face tough competition again and I wouldn't be surprised if Ivanov got the submission in the second half of the fight.
Cortez vs. Gatto
Melissa Gatto, TKO, R2
Cortez is a wrestling and control fighter, Gatto has a clear advantage in striking and submission grappling. In her last fight Gatto managed to defend takedowns and really complicate Sijara Eubanks on the ground who has great wrestling and BJJ credentials, in addition to being a true women beater (inside and outside the octagon). All wrestlers at some point face an opponent who proves how good they can be in striking (because they defend their takedowns or are a threat with their backs on the ground) and Cortez will have to experience this against Gatto. Next week Melissa Gatto will probably enter the top 15 of the category after this event
Godinez vs. Carnelossi
Ariane Carnelossi, DEC
Na Liang managed to get takedowns on Canelossi, but the Brazilian managed to reverse it. Loopy is clearly in better physical condition than Na Liang, but ultimately his fighting style relies too much on whether he can take and keep his opponents on the ground (without causing too much damage in the clinch). I think that Canelossi has the advantage in physical strength and that she will capitalize on it in the clinch and in the striking to win a unanimous decision.
Newson vs. Garcia
Fernie Garcia, TKO, R2
For many fighters their first victory can mean an eventuality or it can mark the fact that their rivals will now have to worry about their striking, just like Chris Wade in PFL, it seems to me that Fernie Garcia will now also be a threat to his rivals from the stand up fight. My prediction Garcia will finish the Journey of Newson in UFC
