That worked until UFC sold their company. After the new owners took over, all those guys like Chuck lost their jobs because they were getting high paying salaries to basically just sit around. Forrest is the only one to stick around since he actually does quite a lot for the UFC behind the scenes, he seems to be the only one out of the old OG crew that put his ass to work.
But then there are also those other fighters who are on Dana's **** list that might never be forgiven, or it'll be like the WWE where in like 20 years they'll be brought in for the Hall of Fame induction and everything will be made to look nice and peachy. But you have those guys from the Anti-trust lawsuit, or guys like Randy Couture and Tito Ortiz who just pissed Dana off personally that he would never support them in a way of pension or something like that. And who knows who many other fighters he would maybe screw over out of benefits, or something like a pension, just out of a dumb personal grudge he holds to this day.
I don't mind your ideas, I just don't think that realistically they can be implemented since the head guy of the whole thing is a childish brat.

Oliveira vs Gaethje

I know that it's a controversial opinion but Gaethje is a really bad matchup for Oliveira. People look at the Khabib fight for Justin and say "Oh well he got beaten by a grappler, so he'll lose to Charles." That literally makes 0 sense. In the Khabib fight, as long as it lasted, Gaethje never got broken mentally by Khabib's wrestling and Oliveira doesn't have Khabib's takedowns. Also Charles' chin is very hittable, got cracked by Poirier and Chandler. Obviously he beat both of them but Chandler is not known for having unstoppable cardio and same for Dustin. Gaethje hits way harder than both of them. Gaethje by KO or TKO.

Oliveira has different types of takedowns. He doesnt shoot for doubles, he clinches then initates takedowns. You think it's not gonna work vs Gathje lol? Once Gaethje gets taken down it's over for him because he got 0 defensive bjj. Conor has better bjj than Gaethje. Yeah Oliveira's chin is sus, but he recovers really fast. When last time Gaethje KOed someone with one punch? Vick? Barboza? These guys nowhere near at Oliveira's current level.
