I think it will be more competitive than people think; I know it’s short notice but moicano has been waiting for a ranked opponent. He’s quite skilled but gets underrated because of those ko losses

I cant see moicano winning a 5 round fight. I mean short notice weight cut for 5 rounds. It doesnt help they are very similar fighters with rda a much better grappler and moicano a bigger and more diverse muay thai specialist. And rda s gameplan against fiziev was probably takedowns anyway. Tough matchup. It would have been a fun squash matchup against islam

After rewatching his last fight, I feel more confident in smith. He was winning the fight and until he got clipped in the second and then got swarmed in the clinch. Ludovit is definitely a more dangerous fight than gonzalez but I don’t think he’s all that great. Devontes movement and feints should be enough to stop ludovit only weapon on the feet (his left high kick). Thanks to Michael trizano, we know the blueprint to beating him which is just pressure and feints and ludovit s effective striking is neutralized (even though I thought klein won the fight). Those 8 submissions don’t really scare me either because all his subs are against poor competition and his grappling is honestly pretty low level as we saw landhwer and aiden lee sub him easily on the ground

I honestly really like RDA vs Moicano as a fight, It's actually a winnable fight for RDA, But also Moicano is quite a good fighter beside he's durabilty, I think if RDA doesn't chin check Moicano, I'm expecting a good fight. I'm leaning RDA at the moment just because RDA can chin check him, But I need more time to think about it

I think RDA vs Fizeav was mean for RDA, and Him vs Islam was just awful. I think Moicano is going to be fun

If your going to take Dos Anjos, take him by a finish because that's the only way Moicano has lost and it's a 5 round fight. Maybe Dos Anjos subs him in the later rounds?

I don’t think he ko’s moicano. Moicano doesn’t have a glass jaw, he just got u lucky with who he fought. Aldo, TKZ, and fiziev all hit hard af. Also RDA’s last knockdown was 2014 so pretty unlikely he gets a finish

What about a submission in the 3rd or 4th round? Has Moicano ever gone 5 rounds before? We all know dos Anjos has loads of 5 round experience.

I don’t think so, at least not in the ufc. I would assume his cardio is good enough he can go 5 but obviously the short notice is a concern. He wanted a big opportunity like this so it’s hard to think he wasn’t preparing or at least staying in shape when he got the call

I'm a RDA casual i can't lie. I remember falling asleep on him humpin Paul Felder but i remember how beat up Felder looked after... he still wasn't beat up enough to not call the fight the following week tho so idk, facial damage doesnt always tell an accurate story
