Santos vs. Ankalaev
Magomed Ankalaev, DEC
A sure win for Magomed Ankalaev. He is far more technical and well rounded than Santos. Magomed and Thiago both have very low output nowadays, but there's a difference. Thiago isn't technical and just spaces out his sloppy rushing flurries, and Magomed picks you apart. Magomed is fighting the right matchups, and he's working smart not hard to climb up the ranks. Santos may have a punchers chance, but Magomed doesn't overextend. A boring, slow paced chess match will transpire.

Cannetti vs. Moutinho
Guido Cannetti, DEC
Guido and Moutinho need a win. Terribly. Guido is sloppy but has some essence of mid-level kickboxing, with fast kicks. Kris sort of just throws, and wings every punch. He's alright, but his Rocky Balboa style doesn't work in MMA. You can't just have mediocre technique, not threatening enough power, and huge amounts of durability and toughness to be successful. You need either good technique or KO power, and Kris doesn't posses either. Guido by 30-27 decision blasting body kicks.

Finally, it seems like after years and years of **** teasing Guido, the UFC has finally whipped out the double barrel shotgun and is ready to put out old yeller for good. Alas, the shotgun was made in Nintendo Labo, and the shells fire hard turds instead of powder. So by some ******* miracle, Guido might survive just based off of Kris being easily the worst bantamweight in the entire roster. That being said, I furiously jacked it to Kris’s debut where he legitimately put fear into Sean’s heart by being the world’s scariest green dyed punching bag. Kris has the worst footwork I’ve ever seen, but I can’t blame him, dragging those massive ******* balls by his ankles must be a handicap in the ring. Kris is the Dan Hibiki of MMA, you know he doesn’t stand much of a chance but you really want to see him succeed, if not for a good feeling, then at least to laugh your ass off.

It’s easy to look good against a 40 year old who hasn’t fought anyone with a winning record.

52-89 combined record (not counting spencers 50 something "amateur bouts") also 30 of those wins are from two people. Oron kahlon (can crusher himself) and some Ukrainian dude who has a good record but no notable opponents. Hes skilled but trevin is the first legit fighter hes ever fought

@KyleH probably, the only issue I could see is that Alex seems to be a bit of a slow starter and Bruno comes for the kill from the opening bell. So I feel like Bruno could catch him (or anyone for that matter) early, but if he doesn't then Pereira is going to get enough reads to land a kill shot late in the first round or in the second.

and @causal008 maybe, but he's never used it in the cage as far as I'm aware.

I’m kinda conflicted on this fight cuz obviously alex is a tremendous kickboxer and one of the best strikers in the division, but Bruno silva is also really damn good. It’s very rare to see someone outside of heavyweight have as high a percentage of knockouts that silva has, and I feel like he could definitely hurt periera but at the same time pereira also has that freakish one punch ko power so who knows
