Yeah I have a ton of weight to lose to be honest... I've never been so heavy... Im lucky that I live beside a big hill and hill runs/sprints are really good for losing weight and helping to get in shape you just need to put in the effort

Ketogenic diet and intermittent fasting are good trying to do those also

Yeah hill runs / sprints are one of the ultimate exercise workouts, from average person to Olympic athlete the hill will always beat you and its really good exercise... I was in bad shape as a kid after my Dad died and I became fat, but my Grandparents place where I lived is up a 60 or 70 meter hill, I was complaining to my Mom about being fat she said why don't I run up that hill to lose weight, so I started doing it semi religiously with push ups squats and pull ups (and martial arts workouts) and I got in such good shape!!.... I am in such bad shape now compared to then I let myself go... Need to work hard to get back in shape

The Polish fighter usually will always have the grappling edge over Czechs or other slavs except for Russians.... Grappling from Sub Grappling/BJJ to Judo/Wrestling are some of their national sports basically
