But seriously, despite being the shorter fighter he has a 1 1/2 in reach advantage and he has more proven wrestling (to me, simply by not letting Makhachev ground him consistently) so I think it would be contested on the feet and Arman would be more comfortable there, has more power, and is younger so is probably improving more.

I think people are sleeping on Zhu a little. True heâs only beaten a can so far and his debut was an embarrassment, but contribute his debut loss more to the pressure of being under his hometown spotlight (as well as his entire team getting mollywhopped on stage) because Zhu was not the same man that day. His style is much more all-rounded than his opponent but his biggest attribute is his speedy one-two which heâs knocked out several fighters with and almost finished Brandon Jenkins with it. I can see Ignacio giving him trouble, but due to his poor standup defense, I think heâll end up taking far more damage than needed to set up his spinny-funny-********. Plus, Zhu has more experience despite being younger than Ignacio, and has won more title fights. Enough for me to put on the dog.

I know it's a long shot, but if Dariush can survive on the ground (big if) then he can strike for points and get a decision win. That's what I'm going with because I feel for the guy. Everyone talks about him like he has no chance so I'll advocate for him.

Next weekâs Islam Makhachev vs. Beneil Dariush main event fight is off, sources say.
Dariush injured his ankle and was forced to withdraw. No word yet on if Makhachev will remain on the card and/or whatâs the new Feb. 26 headliner.
