I'm picking Romero here, but honestly I'm not very confident. I meen, who knows how he will look at Light Heavyweight, he is 44 years old (or even more in Cuba, haha), lost 4 of his last 5 fights and had some brutal wars in his career... Davis could very well survive a few scary moments and dominate this fight...
