yall probably won't care what I think... but I say Usman beats Colby again. Imo, Colby has done little, if anything to show that he's improved since their first fight while Usman has vastly improved his striking, knocking out much better strikers than Colby who also have way better chins than him

Vergara vs. Osbourne
Ode Osbourne, TKO, R2
I'm liking Osbourne here, even though he got finished in the 1st round last time out. He's got the faster hand speed which I think will be crucial in this fight, he'll be able to counter the hooks of Vergara with his fast straight punches since the straight punches always land before the hooks. Maybe mix in some takedowns too here, just going with the guy with more experience and I think Ode can also get a finish here

Prediction Comments

Predictions: 5 of 14 Winners, 2 Perfect, 350 Points   |   Tied for 4117th

Usman vs. Covington II
Kamaru Usman, TKO, R1
Don’t think we’re getting a FOTN like last time I really believe usman walks through Colby I know Colby says that was his worst night but I think that’s just his defense mechanism of not handling a Loss I’ve seen usman improve and haven’t seen Colby improve not much else to say

Namajunas vs. Zhang II
Weili Zhang, TKO, R1
I really want Rose to win but for some reason I see this playing out the same way dillashaw cejudo did and I see Weili powering over Rose early and finishing it with ground and pound

Gaethje vs. Chandler
Michael Chandler, TKO, R1
Someone is getting dropped in this fight I can’t see this going a full 15 almost no way that happens but who knows I have chandler though because I believe he’s the harder hitter Gaethje might throw more volume and have the wider variety of strikes but chandlers overhand is something to be afraid of I think he connects and finishes the highlight

Burgos vs. Quarantillo
Billy Quarantillo, SUB, R1
Both of them always show out should be a war but I’ll lean billy Q due to all the damage Burgos has taken lately

Edgar vs. Vera
Marlon Vera, SUB, R2
I see CHITO out working Frankie sadly I think frankies on the end of his career and theirs gonna be some more Ls to come

Michailidis vs. Pereira
Andreas Michailidis, TKO, R2
I’m green theirs almost no ufc fighters that are Greek so I have to go with the Spartan but I’m not stupid I do know Alex will most likely have him sleeping on the canvas for 5 minutes

Iaquinta vs. Green
Al Iaquinta, TKO, R1
Do I really think iaquinta knocks green out in the first **** no but gotta throw some crazy **** in here

Hawes vs. Curtis
Phil Hawes, TKO, R2
Everyone’s hyping Chris Curtis but idk him so I leave it at that I also think hawes is pretty good

Shahbazyan vs. Imavov
Edmen Shahbazyan, TKO, R1
I think Shahbazyan Has his night again comes out strong and finishes it in the first like he usually does if he doesn’t finish it in the first tho I see imavov finishing him late second or third

Villante vs. Barnett
Chris Barnett, TKO, R2
I just wanna see beast boy get a ufc win real talk tho this fight should be garbage

Jacoby vs. Allan
Dustin Jacoby, TKO, R1
Dustin should do his thing here mix in the leg kicks and control him against the cage and then blitz like he does

Baghdasaryan vs. Souza
Bruno Souza, TKO, R3
Melsik looked really good in his debut but idk how his gas tank is so I’ll take the dog

Baghdasaryan vs. Souza
Melsik Baghdasaryan, TKO, R1
Think Melsik wins quite comfortable, Souza can get hit and I just don't think he's gonna be able to deal with the speed and power of Melsik. Souza is a solid striker and will exchange in the pocket but it just isn't a good idea in this fight

I think 268 might have  a better main card then 269, but it’s a fact, 269 is way deeper, 269 has no bad fight

I barely watched Chandler in Bellator, is he a decent wrestler?  Can he get Gaethje to the ground and submit him perhaps?  Or is he going to just stand and bang and get destroyed by leg kicks?

If I was Chandler's coach, I would implement a similar gameplan to what Khabib did which was basically standing up with Gaethje to get him tired and then shoot for a takedown when I had the perfect chance.  Obviously, Khabib is one of the best grapplers in the world and has an iron chin so he was able to execute this gameplan perfectly.  What will be Chandler's best route to a victory here?

Colby's wins have not aged well at all:  Tyrone Woodley, Robbie Lawler, Demian Maia, etc.

I agree with another poster here that Usman has improved tremendously, he has found more confidence in his boxing ability especially after knocking out both Burns and Masvidal.

I got Usman by first round TKO.

why the hell is Dustin Jacoby fighting some random bum? shouldn't he be knocking the door into the top 15?

Jacoby's taking the fight as a last minute replacement. Great card to get some name recognition, easy money to end the year with and probably wouldn't get too banged up.
