Carolina struggles with wrestlers she’ll get mauled here, Loopy evolved since the Penne lost and I don’t see Carolina being the one to put an end to her rage. Loopy round 2 TKO “show me something Carolina, fight back fight back”

Oh boy let's just hope they don't cancel any good money fights because that will be detrimental to my financial situation. I feel like this card has so much potential for nice money.

I'm doing a parlay with: L. Klein, R. Emeev, M. Fiorot, J. Miller. Miller is the riskiest of them all but it just seems they're throwing him a fight he should win fairly easily.

Yeah I also don't get this whole *****ing about how it's the "wOrST mAiN eVeNt eVeR" bro like **** already. It's obvious it's not top notch name value but it's better than nothing.

The card has fights, it has potential money, get over it. Like literally everyone is a little, spoiled, crying *****. I will never understand this.

Why would it matter if it's ******* Mcgregor VS Nurmagomedov 2 or No Name vs Sprunk Spitzfiller? Why anyone feel personally mad at it? *** is wrong with people. Gosh.

I'mma add Marquez to the Emeev and Klein parlay. I don't rate Jordan Wright, and Marquez is patient, smart, and hits like a truck. He'll find his moment.

Predictions: 6 of 10 Winners, 2 Perfect, 365 Points   |   Tied for 1070th

Arlovski vs. Felipe
Andrei Arlovski, DEC
How I'd line it: a pick em. I think it’s going to be a very close fight…......expecting volume to be quite low…….….both are counterstrikers……..Andrei might be the slightly more active party……….but Felipe is going to be the one coming forward…….I feel like it’s going to be a controversial decision either way. I think Felipe was quite fortunate to get both those decisions to go his way in his last two fights……….judges seem to love his come forward / eye-catching hooks landing on the gloves / showboating type of style……..…..whereas I feel like Arlovski wins a lot of decisions because he knows exactly where he is in a fight….and when he needs to turn it up. I feel like Arlovksi will out-work him as Collier was in the first round → but Arlovski won’t slow down like Collier did……..Arlovski likely comes in with the better gameplan and Fight IQ…...so I’m going to pick him but I won’t be surprised in the slightest of Felipe weasels another split decision.

Miller vs. Gonzalez
Jim Miller, SUB, R1
How I'd line it: Miller 60 / 40. Miller's 1nd of cardio is a huge concern tho. Should beat this guy tho

Fiorot vs. Bueno Silva
Manon Fiorot, DEC
How I'd line it: 65 / 35 Fiorot. Banger……..both crack……..both are aggressive as all hell……. Styles-wise…….Bueno Silva is just kinda a tailor made match for a Karate stylist like Fiorot……….I think she’s just going to constantly be walking onto the side kicks / push kicks of Fiorot………..since she has a very square stance and she’s very flat footed……..so she won’t be cutting any angles or anything like that……..she pretty much just follows her opponents movement……...Manon could probably win with just a side kick ……..no kidding that how much success I think she has with that technique. Larger octagon favours Fiorot as she now has more room to maneuver and show off her footwork skills over the flat-footed Bueno Silva……...I think Silva is going to have a hard time finding her on fight night………..Manon is much better defensively……..has some concerning tendencies in close but her footwork advantage should save her here from taking too much damage in the pocket…….. She looks very good……...but she’s still faced anybody yet……..Bueno Silva probably would’ve dominated those 2 girls as well (Leonardo and Ricci)……….probably wouldn’t have been as clean or as masterful as Fiorot was able to do BUT basically I’m saying she hasn’t really been tested as of yet………...crushed a bunch of cans on the regional scene……….dominated 2 very over-matched opponents in the UFC…... So a few unknowns with Manon……...she has dealt with pressure well in the past (glimpses against Leonardo and another fight on the regional scene where the girl wouldn’t stop coming forward) BUT not against someone who can actually strike…….like Bueno Silva……….still going with Manon because stylistically I think she causes a lot of problems for Bueno Silva……….BUT if Mayra just says “to hell with it” and starts putting suffocating pressure on Manon, and somehow gets Fiorot to engage in a brawl then it could get dicey

Marquez vs. Wright
Julian Marquez, TKO, R1
How I'd line it: Marquez 80% We saw Marquez come in with a perfect and precise gameplan against Alvey………..which shows his evolution as a fighter……...not just going complete meathead mode from the opening bell………...I believe that’s credit to his coach James Krause……...we’ve seen Krause turn pretty average fighters (I’m being generous with that description) into solid guys who will fight a gameplan to a T. I think Krause and Marquez will decide on that same game plan here………pressure the opponent onto the fence….......then feint your way into the pocket………..do damage there……..exit and pick your shots at range until you close distance again………..and this is an even less dangerous match up than the Alvey one…………....we’ve seen Jordan Wright be very vulnerable once opponents are able to close the distance on him………..like in the Buckey fight and Hernandez fight…….Hernandez put him out in under a minute because he didn’t give Jordan any respect from the get go……..closed the distance immediately and went to work in the pocket. I think Marquez could quite easily to the same.

Roberts vs. Emeev
Ramazan Emeev, DEC
How I'd line it: Emeev 75% Expecting a typical boring Emeev grindfest

Godinez vs. Carolina
Lupita Godinez, DEC
How I'd line it: Loopy 70% Loopy should run over her on the feet. Pressure and power will be too much for Luana. Also he could take Carolina down and beat her up (imagine getting subbed by Lipski lol).

Klein vs. Landwehr
Ľudovít Klein, TKO, R1
How I'd line it: 75% Klein Pretty good matchup for Ludo since Nate is the type of guy who will just stand right in front of you and not really be too concerned about defence. Also if Nate gets too overaggressive Ludo can level change and ground Nate (who doesn't have great get ups).

Carnelossi vs. Nunes
Istela Nunes, DEC
How I'd line it: 57.% Nunes This should actually be a really fun fight. Both like to keep it on the feet. Both crack. Frame difference is going to look similar to when Carnelossi fought Angela Hill…….I’d even say that Nunes is taller and longer than Angela actually……...and we saw how much trouble Carnelossi had trying to close the distance against Angela (landing at a 38% clip)...........she’s just got very short arms and not the best footwork……..now, Angela Hill has very good striking defence /& footwork and you might say that’s why Carnelossi couldn’t get going...……….but I was very impressed with the striking defence of Istela Nunes on tape too…...….she rarely gets hit……....doesn’t stay in close for very long (in-and-out quickly).........great range awareness. Few question marks around Nunes……...hasn’t fought in over 3 years…….and the fight before that → she had a 1 year lay off. Trains at ATT…….for fight camps I believe but I’m not sure how long since she’s been back there…….....because I believe she was having visa issues which resulted in a few fight cancellations……...either way I’m expecting her to look a little better in the UFC than she did on tape……...3 years off for a fighter so young in their career is a lot of time for improvements to be made…….she already has a real nice MT foundation (watch her KO of Karoline Moreira)……...if her hands and her ground game improve…….I believe she could a solid player in this division. Her only career loss is to a serious prospect over at ONE FC in Angela Lee. And I believe she’s going to get the better of Carnelossi. I think Nunes will be landing the cleaner shots and getting out of the way of a lot of Carnelossi’s haymakers. I think Ariane’s aggressive style is going to bring out the volume in Nunes that we may not have seen in the past. I believe Nunes wins a decision 30-27 in a competitive fight.

Davis vs. Batgerel
Danaa Batgerel, DEC
How I'd line it: Danaa 62.5% Davis is tough and will likely make it to the cards but Baterel is just so nice on the feet and I think he wins in a semi-competitive war.

Godinez vs. Carolina
Lupita Godinez, DEC
Not confident in this really, Carolina is a bigger women, fights in a higher weight class. Godinez didn't really take any damage last time out so she can get away with fighting again in 7 days. Her forward pressure and wrestling will win her this, Carolina doesn't have the best TDD and once on her back she struggles to get up. Godinez's takedowns are explosive and I can see her getting them here, her boxing can work if she's the one going forward, she can't let Carolina take control and start throwing kicks at her otherwise it'll be a nightmare for Godinez to close the distance. I think Godinez will get the takedowns here though and should be able to get some control time

Carolina’s only (2) KO wins have come against, a fighter with no record (and never fought afterwards) and another that was 2-1 (1 ko loss) and also never fought again… in 2015 and 2016 respectively (see a trend). Probably not a likely outcome. But hey, I can respect your pick regardless.
