Norma Dumont, DEC
Dumont has a better striking technique, plus she has literally fought all of her fights in the UFC in the time Ladd has not fought (4 fights canceled in total: 2 cancellations due to rivals' injuries and 2 cancellations for Ladd an injury of ACL and MCL, plus her recently failed weight cut). Aspen Ladd has good wrestling and Ground and Pound, but during his career he faced female fighters with a considerable weight disadvantage in most of their fights (Eubanks twice, Amanda Cooper and Cynthia Calvillo for example), Dumont as well as De Randamie are opponents that she does not surpass so abysmally in the Fight Day Weight and against De Randamie she took a resounding defeat (added also to a huge and dangerous weight cut). By not having this aforementioned disadvantage, I believe that Dumont can stay standing for the majority of the fight and outmaneuver Ladd with striking.
