Typical striker vs grappler fight when the grappler can’t wrestle. She’s working on the wrong part of her game. She will dominate if she can improve the wrestling and stops striking when her opponents backs are against the fence. Grab your damn opponent and stop fighting their fight

Parillo wasn’t giving good advice there imo. All of his advice was striking based. No wrestling advice from the corner. Don’t tell her to throw 2 instead of 1 tell her to get a hold of her and stop trying to strike with her
