you saw what was wrong with it, you cant keep them in your mouth. they dont fit right, i havent used one since high school football but it doesnt look likethey have improved much.

Both White and Valdez are good prospects. Both just has to tighten up his kickboxing. White’s takedown defense is very solid and he had a few good reversals. Valdez’s offensive wrestling and pace were excellent. Recovery in between rounds was good. Good power in his hands. Both could use development but with guys like Pirello last week and Ontiveros this week, there’s room for low level guys in the UFC

Holmes is looking less aggressive than usual, I’d like to see him actually commit to a takedown and look for a submission

I think Holmes was trying to exhibit a bit of patience. Didn’t want to get caught with something stupid. Knew it would come, got it done.
