Kasanganay vs. Harris
Impa Kasanganay, TKO, R2
I really like Impa, it's a tough fight for him because Harris will go for those takedowns and is awkward with his length. I think Impa's defence is a bit more tighter and his offence is much better too, Harris I think could have a hard time getting this fight to the ground, Impa is very strong in the grappling exchanges so I think Impa can keep this standing and from there he out strikes Harris, I actually think he can hurt Harris too

Whitmire vs. Goldy

Have the people picking Goldy watched her fight??? I know Whitmire ain't a World beater but I can't believe that I'm seeing Goldy favoured to win a fight!

Predictions: 9 of 14 Winners, 3 Perfect, 540 Points   |   Tied for 1200th

Giagos vs. Tsarukyan
Arman Tsarukyan, DEC
From when I saw Tsarukyan debut against Islam Makhachev at the UFC event in Russia, I knew that the Armenian was in for great things. Tsarukyan has a top level in grappling for the weight category: in his first fight he was very even against a current top 5 like Makhachev, he managed to clearly overcome and control a good grappler like Aubin-Mercier on the ground, in addition to getting 10 takedown Against Matt Frevola (fighter with a good wrestling base). He is improving his striking with the passing of each fight and he is becoming more and more confident in the exchange of strikes. Giagos is an interesting opponent for the Armenian, as he is 4-1 in his last 5 fights and despite not being that close to the top 15, he is a fairly complete fighter. The odds may be a little over the top, but I believe Tsarukyan will continue to build his way to the Top 10 at lightweight.

Maness vs. Gravely
Tony Gravely, DEC
Maness is a good fighter and has the height and reach advantage, but I consider that Gravely has the advantage in wrestling as well as having good boxing in the standing fight. During the fight Gravely must be very cautious with guillotine attempts or possible investments in the grappling exchange.

Bush vs. Rong
Dakota Bush, DEC
I choose Bush because he showed much more against Hubbard where he had 2 even rounds before running out of tank (the fight takes it on short notice and therefore his conditioning was probably not the best). For the part of him Rung started as a super favorite against Kazula Vargas and was clearly surpassed in all departments by the Mexican while Rung only dedicated himself to doing more than all showboating and trying to get into Vargas's head. The fight on paper is even but Bush seems to be the fighter with the most initiative among the two.

Blanchfield vs. Alpar
Erin Blanchfield, DEC
It is Alpar's return to flyweight where it is unlikely to be outmatched with respect to height and reach as in bantamweight. On the other side is Blanchfield who was originally going to make her UFC debut at 135 in short notice against Norma Dumont, but now she will debut in her weight class where she has wins over fighters like Victoria Leonardo and Kay Hansen and a split decision loss against Tracy Cortez (one of the top female prospects currently in the UFC). I think Blanchfield can probably get a one-sided decision or even a late finish.

Kianzad vs. Pennington
Raquel Pennington, SUB, R2
Maybe i'm crazy. But really do not understand why Kianzad is such a favorite, just expect Pennington to be ready especially having Tecia Torres has a gf/wife.

Bush vs. Rong
Zhu Rong, TKO, R1
They want Rong to get a win here, nervous taking a first round ko due to Rong being so nervous last fight and being so young.

Motta vs. VanCamp
Cameron VanCamp, DEC
Going to take the dog here, like the aggression and non stop pressure of Vancamp. Especially dropping from Welterweight on super short notice, expecting Vancamp to keep Motta's back on the mat.

Jackson vs. Buys
Montel Jackson, SUB, R1
Just go watch the Schmozone Podcast with the Buys couple. They literally cry for an hour+, whoever gave Buys this fight is trying to get him out of the UFC. 😂 + Buys will get hurt panic shoot into a choke

Blanchfield vs. Alpar
Erin Blanchfield, TKO, R2
RIP Alpar. No faith at all.

Kasanganay vs. Harris
Impa Kasanganay, DEC
Think Impa will keep it basic and simple on the feet, and denying takedowns for the DEC.

Lopez vs. Alateng
Gustavo Lopez, DEC
Really like how gritty Lopez is, good dog to have. He will fight until the end.

Whitmire vs. Goldy
Hannah Goldy, DEC
Faded Goldy last fight, only reason for picking Goldy is the quick turn around. Hoping she doesn't come out slow like last fight.

Böhm vs. Lipski
Ariane Lipski, DEC
Lipski has her back against the wall, younger fighter with experience. Have to go dog here, really don't like Bohm's record.

Giagos vs. Tsarukyan
Arman Tsarukyan, DEC
Pretty cut and dry, don't think too many people disagree Tsarukyan is really good.

Maness vs. Gravely
Tony Gravely, DEC
Gonna be a war, like Gravely a lot. Expecting Gravely to be stronger, win with his experience.

Buckley vs. Arroyo
Joaquin Buckley, TKO, R2
Like the decent layoff for Buckley, expecting Arroyo to gas out after getting carved up on the feet and any of his takedowns denied.

Nchukwi vs. Rodriguez
Tafon Nchukwi, TKO, R1
Losing a battle to Park doesn't drop his stock for me, feel he'll bounce back strong.

Anthony Smith, SUB, R3
Has not been impressed with Spann at all, Faded Smith last fight + he made a really good point on the MMA hour with Helwani, saying Spann doesn't really do one thing really well just all around decent. That is not going to get it done against Smith DA GOAT!

Cutelaba vs. Clark
Ion Cutelaba, TKO, R1
Expecting Cutelaba to just swarm and get Clark out of there early. (SORRY ON IPHONE, SCREEN KEEPS GLITCHING. sending my picks b4 i'm done.)

Blanchfield vs. Alpar
Erin Blanchfield, SUB, R3
Pretty confident in this, Erin is way more well rounded, I think her takedowns are better than Alpar's and her overall ground game is way better too. I think Erin will be comfortable wherever this fight goes and she might get a stoppage too, especially if she can get her ground and pound going. I think Erin can get a sub after landing some ground and pound to soften Alpar up

Kasanganay vs. Harris
Carlston Harris, DEC
One of the most interesting stats I saw for this fight was the fact that Carlston Harris had already won and lost the Brave CF welterweight title before Impa Kasanganay had his first pro fight. Impa has only been training MMA for 3 years now and he has never faced an opponent with the grappling pedigree that Harris has. Harris has pre-UFC wins over Wellington Turman, Michel Pereira and Saygid Izgakmaev. He has a very unorthodox striking style and excels when he chain wrestles his opponents. Impa is very athletic and young, and is at the point in his career where he is making huge improvements with every fight. Training at Sanford MMA will surely help him continue to improve. I see Harris exhausting grappling heavy style being too much for Impa at this early point in his career and I am picking Harris to win by decision. I bet one unit on the Harris ML at +120 last week. Full breakdown included in the attached video!

Montel Jackson, TKO, R1
Jackson should win, and pretty comfortably too. Buys is gonna be the way smaller man in there, I think he'll be a bit too undersized at 135 and his striking defence is a bit poor. You don't wanna be eating shots from Jackson at all, he holds a lot of power in his hands and I think Jackson can really hurt Buys in this one. Very confident in this one

Cutelaba vs. Clark
Ion Cutelaba, TKO, R1
This is a great matchup between a classic freestyle wrestler (Clark) and a Greco-Roman/Sambo guy (Cutelaba). Ion is a proven finisher, 13 of his 14 ITD wins happened in the 1st round. 10 of those 13 1st RD finishes happened in the first 1:13. Ion has a legit ground game and fantastic power on the feet. Clark uses his wrestling, top control and GnP in order to grind out decisions. Glover Texeira had trouble taking down Ion so I think Clark will also have problems and if Clark can't get this fight to the ground early I see Ion knocking him out in the 1st. Detailed analysis of al the stats in the attached video.

Nikolas Motta, TKO, R1
This is a striker vs grappler matchup, Vancamp could surprise with an upset submission, I'm not gonna lie. But Motta's boxing is very good and I think he's gonna make Vancamp panic when he lands a few shots early. Motta has very good precision and Vancamp's striking defence is a bit iffy, I don't think Vancamp will be able to take the shots, if he does then he probably loses by a dominant decision. I think Motta can get the finish in this one

I'm kinda shocked Montel Jackson isn't the biggest favourite on the card. I think he should be a bigger favorite then Arman Tsurakian. I think Giagos has a realistic chance of winning even though it quite unlikely. Giagos is a powerful wrestler with hands for approxmatly 7.5 minutes of the fight, Jp Buys doesn't have any path to victory beside DQ, Or flukey **** and when I start speaking like that, They will never win. I actually like Montel as a parley piece, Montel might be fighting the worst batamweight on the roster

Also Anthany Smith might be a trap, I think his carrer momentum is downward, He beating the top 10 guys now, But soon he be lossing to them, No one beat age. I think i'm just worried about how everyone on him
