Thankfully the right winner. When I heard the draw scorecard I thought the worst was going to happen!
I agreed much more with the 99-91 than the 95-95.

Fujioka with a deserved Win... It was close, 96 - 94 was probably a fair result to the Champion... 99 - 91 to Fujioka was way too wide... πŸ˜ŽπŸ€“πŸ§... Even the Champion looked surprised by that scorecard... There was always going to be one scoring the bout a Draw, or to the home fighter... Fujioka did herself proud... Thank you for doing your thing πŸ‡―πŸ‡΅πŸ’―πŸ€‘... Marlen Esparza would probably beat Fujioka though and so would Estrada... So expect either bout within the next 12 months... Age is unfortunately against Fujioka against better competition moving forward... Urbina was basically a decent Contender, who was given the opportunity to see what Fujioka has left... πŸ€”πŸ₯ŠπŸ‘ŠπŸ’―πŸ€‘πŸ’ͺπŸ‘

You really confident that Esparza would beat Fujioka??? I'm not. Esparza last fight where she won the title vs Zamora, me and the majority of media and fans think that she lost.
I'd still like to see it tho as it would be a good fight. Not sure Esparza is keen, she didn't sound it anyway when Fujioka was sitting next to her.
As for Seniesa Estrada, she whoops them all!!!!  She's quickly became 1 of my favourite female boxers behind Serrano and Savana Marshall. Estrada is heading towards the top of the P4P list and I predict, with confidence, that she will be a 4 weight World Champion by next year (she's already 105,will be 108 tonight, take Esparza 112 next, then 115 soon after) Take that to the bank!!!

Cards been good. There was a wild 2 round Heavyweight fight with both guys going down x2! The women Title fight was good. Chevalier vs Wilkins was action packed too.

The YouTube stream of the entire prelims is at the beginning of this thread if you want to check anything out.

This fight here, Zepeda Tanajara is the fight of the weekend for me(boxing that is!)

Thanks Mikey you're always on top of it

(Since when can't the corner wave a towel in front of their fighter?  That's what they told Zepeda corner).

This was meant to be a 50 /50 fight. The odds were literally even!
Bjt Zepeda just absolutely blew Tanajara away. Completely overwhelmed him. Garcia done his fighter a favour by stopping that because a KO was inevitable

William Zepeda is just an absolute animal and needs to be nicknamed The Terminator... I had every confidence that he would beat the young Hector Tanajara Jr this evening, had Β£50.00 on 10/11 odds on Zepeda, but I was quite surprised how quickly he started to break Tanajara down, who in my opinion was matched against the wrong opponent after a lengthy layoff... Took odds out at 20/1 for Rounds 7 - 9 with a Zepeda Stoppage victory, so ultimately I'm just a little gutted that Tanajara was pulled out with compassion by his excellent Boxing Trainer, Robert Garcia, at the end of Round 6...Zepeda pushes on towards a deserved World Title Shot... No harm done to Tanajara's young Boxing Career, just back to the drawing board... William Zepeda always brings the heat and is definitely one to watch in the Lightweight Division moving forward... Would like to see William Zepeda fight the winner of this evenings bout between Jo Jo Diaz and Javier Fortuna... Would be a great fight πŸ€”πŸ§πŸ₯ŠπŸ‘ŠπŸ’―πŸ€‘πŸ’ͺπŸ‘πŸ‡²πŸ‡½

Mikey, you should have sticked with William Zepeda by Stoppage Victory and you should have tipped for me to lay bets from Round 6...Tanajara didn't have the fitness in his comeback fight to compete with Zepeda after Zepeda had a 3 month training camp... Zepeda is a relentless, iron jawed pressure fighter... He his going to be very difficult to beat, even at World Championship level, given his tenacity, determination, output, accuracy and power... He has the complete pressure and presence fighter package, because he never Stops throwing punches, hard punches too... πŸ€”πŸ’―πŸ₯ŠπŸ’ͺπŸ‘ŠπŸ‡²πŸ‡½πŸ€‘πŸ§πŸ‘

Tsunami is making this closer than I expected. I knew she was WAY better than the losses on her record but still, I didn't think she would be winning rounds and making it a close fight

Decided to take what I hope to be an excellent executive decision risk, as I have just laid money out on Javier Fortuna stopping Joseph Diaz tonight, due to the fact that he his the natural larger man, proven Lightweight World Title Contender and a fighter who has Mixed and competed with Robert Easter Jr who he competed with until the end of the 12 Rounds a few years ago... I just feel that come the 2nd Half of the contest, Fortuna is going to start bullying the smaller sized Diaz until he picks up the Stoppage victory... The Bookies think Diaz on Points, but I don't think it goes the distance and I only see Fortuna's hand raised at the end of the contest πŸ€”πŸ’―πŸ₯ŠπŸ‘ŠπŸ’ͺπŸ€‘πŸ§πŸ‘

You do realise that Fortuna spent most of his career at 126/130lbs??
Size won't be a big factor here.
Fortunas power may be a factor!
But if Jojo fights to his potential, (not always a given!) he has the offensive boxing ability to put it on Fortuna and win a clear decision.
Find out soon!
