Unlike KB Bhullar, Arjan actually wins fights. Boring as ****, but very effective. I'm by no means counting out a well timed knee that flatlines Bhullar on a takedown attempt. But at this point in the game, I have more faith on Bhullar. Unfortunately

Ritu Phogat is the Hindu Wrestling sensation and she should have no problem taking down Nguyen and getting the stoppage via ground and pound or victory via decision. The great unknown of this fight is that in recent months the fighters who are programmed simultaneously for 2 fights in a short time are surprised in their first fight: Amir Aliakbari the Iranian wrestler was knocked out in the first round by Ji Won Kang when it is also scheduled to fight Anatoly Malykhin in the main event of a One on TNT card. Chris Vasil a fighter from the regional circuit in the USA was scheduled to fight 2 days in a row and on the CFFC 95 card (first of the 2 events for which Vasil was scheduled) he was brutally knocked out by Paul Capaldo. Despite this statistical coincidence, I think that Phogat should have no problem taking the victory.

Bhullar has excellent credentials as a wrestler, maybe not the flashiest style to watch but I think Sikh-Canadian Bhullar will be able to establish their Takedowns strategy and take the decision or even a late ground and pound finish. Although in the past Vera faced great fighters such as Fabricio Werdum, Jon Jones, Shogun Rua, Frank Mir and Randy Couture in addition to dominating the HW category of ONE FC for more than 6 years, today Vera is far from being in a great competitive level. If Arjan Bhullar wins, a future ONE FC card in Canada would be very interesting. Canada has always been characterized by strongly supporting its fighters in live events, regardless of whether that fighter bases his strong strategy on takedowns and control or if they use a peculiar and unorthodox striking like Elias Theodorou.
