I think gane beats ngannou. The first 2 rounds will be dangerous but having ngannou’s old coached and being a former training partner he should know what to watch out for. It will be a similar fight but Francis is obviously more technical than lewis and won’t just quit

Spudgreg you're right. Ciryl's striking offense and defense is far too advanced for any one in the world. Francis has developed a workable jab and leg kick but in reality it is still a bit too laborious to me. It's not a smooth strike and Ciryl will read it. At this point you have to realize, Francis ran from France for a reason... He was having nightmare every night about Ciryl Gane... the nightmares are back now

Schatte Gane's intro song had the entire crowd cheering for him because they thought he was Lewis because "Still Tippin" is a Houston area bred song hahaha. Casuals don't know that Derrick Lewis comes out to the same intro song every fight. At that point I know Ciryl really is a genius and it shows in his cerebral style of fighting

I haven't seen much of the card, I expected Chiesa to do much better, I picked Violent Vicente by 2nd round submission but Chiesa winning a decision was in the back of my mind.

Gane fight I'll admit I used a bit of the Mark Hunt fight to help me, a kickboxer vs. Lewis, but an entirely different one but Hunt took him into deep waters. I thought Gane would pick him apart, and TKO him in the 4th. I didn't expect him to trade with Lewis when he was most dangerous, but he did.

Lewis looked horrible in loss, from the videos I have seen. Just turning around flopping about doing the Bob Sapp.

I had a 5 man parlay with Luque and hedged it with Chiesa by decision. Had me real nervous when Chiesa had his back for a solid minute cause of the possible submission.

Mistakes were made. Chiesa favored submission over position and it cost him. Giving up the back and going for that arm instead of fighting to stay on the back and regain control was the mistake that ended up costing him. ended up on bottom and left his neck open. Didn't respect Luque's grappling IMO
