I really don't rate Menifield. Picking OSP is one of my all time favorite dog plays. He should be able to do this with pure power, but he's not a top fighter.

You know your cardio poor if 40 year old Herman is waiting for you to gas

I agree erison and he’s already 33 I don’t see him becoming much more technical anywhere. A powerful athlete who can only use that for one round of its fought at a decent pace

If someone is forced to switch stances throw some volume . Their defence is always worse in the other stance

Every MMA fighter needs to be practicing calf kicks like they're free throws. You just need to be able to land them and defend them. It's basic now.
