For an unknown reason Jesse Forbes represented Canada on The TUF 3 Finale, he did have a fight or 2 in Canada(MFC,XMMA)so it is possible he was living/training there at a time, though he is from Arizona he could have a duel citizenship. it could just be a mistake or it could be a Brock Lesnar scenario with a single representation in the promotion.

Tapology, Wikipedia, Sherdog, MMA Junkie and Fight Matrix all list him as being American and I couldn't find any connection between him and Canada whatsoever besides, as you said, having a few fights in Canada so it does seem a bit odd.

I can't post the screenshot of it as it comes up saying "post can't exceed 5,000 characters" even though I've posted screenshots in the past but at the end of that video when they are showing the tale of the tape, they list him as being born in Canada. According to Wikipedia, he was born in Portland, Maine, USA. It's one thing for him to represent Canada but for TUF to state he was born there is just factually wrong.
