Predictions: 6 of 11 Winners, 3 Perfect, 400 Points | Tied for 259th
T.J. Dillashaw, DEC
TJ has great wrestling and 5 round experience. I feel Sandhaegen is truly over rated. Take a close look at his record, who has he beaten who is not chinny, over the hill or already out of the UFC. Give me dog odds on TJ a recent champion.
Ladd vs. Chiasson
Macy Chiasson, TKO, R2
My least confident pick on this card. Ladd is good but coming back off a long injury lay off. Chiasson is huge with a big reach advantage and good power. Ladd has been KOd before. I am going with that.
Phillips vs. Paiva
Kyler Phillips, SUB, R2
Easy pick. Skill levels on both the ground and the striking are worlds apart. Paiva is coming up from fly weight to get his ass handed to him. One of my locks of the night.
Elkins vs. Minner
Darrick Minner, SUB, R1
Another easy pick and lock of the night. Elkins has terrible take down defence and that is Minners best path to any victory. Early submission and easy money.
Barber vs. Maverick
Miranda Maverick, DEC
My only question on this fight is whether Miranda gets a decision or if Barber quits again under a barrage of strikes/ground and pound.
Gall vs. Williams
Jordan Williams, TKO, R2
Gall has no chance and the UFC obviously wants to push Williams as a diabetic fighter, hence the main card spot. Great wrestling, good striking with KO power and expeirence. Easy pick.
Soriano vs. Allen
Punahele Soriano, TKO, R1
Close fight but Allen will likely spend some time on the feet and get KO'd with his poor striking defence. If he takes it to the ground early it will be interesting but Soriano does have decent wrestling.
Abdurakhimov vs. Daukaus
Chris Daukaus, TKO, R1
End of Shamil's career with the UFC.
Heinisch vs. Imavov
Nassourdine Imavov, DEC
Heinisch is good, no doubt, but I think Imavov will be able to keep it standing and his striking is levels above. My only concern is his poor fight IQ. Still, he will likely win 2 out of the 3 rounds before he gets tired and Heinisch doesn't have KO power anyway to get a finish,
Yanez vs. Costa
Adrian Yanez, TKO, R2
A much, much closer fight than most people are picking. Yanez is not a lock by any means. Still I think he will get this one and Costa really hasn't won against anyone good and has a chin asking to be cracked.
Arce vs. Ewell
Julio Arce, DEC
Not sure about this one but I think Arce has beaten better competition and is likely to win the striking despite Ewell's reach. I wish he went for leg kicks more, then I'd be able to call it almost a lock. As of now I think its close but I am taking Arce.
Eubanks vs. Reed
Elise Reed, DEC
Be careful guys if you are taking Sijara as a lock. She is not good. Elise Reed is. However she is coming up to Fly weight and Sijara is coming down and will be bigger which will benefit her grappling. But I feel Reed will keep it standing and Sijara will gas out after a bad weight cut and that will be the end of her in the UFC. A typical prospect V vetaran the UFC wants to get rid of match up.
Belbiţă vs. Goldy
Diana Belbiţă, DEC
Low level match up but Belbita is a better fighter with more experience. Good dog play.

Diana Belbiţă, DEC
These kind of fights are just really awkward to predict. Going with Belbita if she can take control of the octagon and use her range, she has a 7.5 reach advantage and Goldy does struggle with that a bit. Both women are decent kickboxers but I'm just gonna edge it to Belbita

I dont know where TJ is gonna be after the layoff, but I do worry he's also a type of no ******** solid fundamentals grinder who is going to take the big flashy stuff away. Can Sandhagen win a top level fight with fundamental boxing? Defensive wrestling? I feel like there's still a lot of questions about what a Cory Sandhagen fight even looks like. We love the highlight reel flying knees, but you can't count on that. That can't be Plan A. The most fundamental we've seen Cory is probably against John Lineker, but that's John Linkeker. And it was a split decision.

My Picks
Predictions: 3 of 11 Winners, 2 Perfect, 225 Points | Tied for 2048th
My Top picks of this week is a which consists of:
Kyler Phillips, Darrick Minner and Jordon Williams.
Kyler Phillips - Impressed me last time out and I believe him to be the Lock of the night against Paiva and I expect to see a Performance of the Night coming his way too. Round 2/3 Submission for Kyler Phillips.
Darrick Minner - There's not much to say about this fight, Darren Elkins safe to say "Father Time" is settling in and his recent fights prove that. Although he won his last fight against Eduardo Garagorri, it doesn't really put any fear in my mind as Eduardo has a padded record and Darren's loses to Nate Landwehr and Ryan Hall who both have been finished in their recent outings tell me that Darren is regressing. Darrick on the other hand, having a better time in the UFC cage after a Debut Loss via SUB has comeback with two wins of his own. Better Form and against an aging Elkins. Round 1 Submission for Darrick.
Jordan Williams - Dropping down to welterweight for this bout against Micky Gall here. I think this is very simple to call. Jordan has faced tougher opponents than Micky with the likes of Kuramagomedov and Imavov losing both Via SD and UD. On the flip side, Micky has lost to the worst version of Mike Perry and Deigo Sanchez which is embarrassing, I believe Williams takes this fight comfortably. Unanimous Decision in favour of Williams.
