I don't think age was a factor, I think Burns submission threat really made Thompson hesitant and it showed. Damn shame because the only entertainment in the fight came from him. Burns followed his game plan and got takedowns... he just happened to do nothing with them.

i just saw a scene, i think it was part of the ending and it looked awful.  Horrible acting, the effects were really poor adn the lines were cheesy as hell.  I'm not a Marvel fan, but i can't imagine they're all like this

I saw that ending scene too, and man... this movie sat on a shelf for a year during lockdown and they coulda spent any of that time fixing those effects for the CLIMAX of the movie...
