There is a new MMA Game in town.

Here is how it works. You pick 20 fighters. It lasts a year. You start with 10,000 Monopoly dollars. This game is based on the fighters and the moneylines. Whoever has the most money is the winner. I'll use this fight as an example. Jason miller is +185. Say you choose him and wager 500 dollars. that would return 925 dollars in profit  if he won and your total would be 10,925. If you choose Bisping and he is around -225 and you wagered 675 dollars on him and he won you would get 300 dollars profit and you would have 10,300. Of course if they lose you would deduct what you lost from 10,000. no draft either. Pick any 20 fighters you want and send them to me or Poir420 who is co-comish.

 

A couple of rules are you have to wager at least 500 dollars per fight. There is no max so if you think that fighter has no chance of losing put all your "fake" monopoly money on him. if you lose thats the end of the game for you. You will need some money management skills to win. You can pick as many women as you want too. If a fighter gets injured there are no replacements. So you start with 20 and might end up with 10 left if you have bad luck. I got three people interested so far and i was goig to have 10 people  play but if there is more interest i will raise the number of people on Tapology that can play. Since this is off the top of my head just ask me a question if you don't get it and want to particpate. Thank You.

she will be fighting hiroko yamanaka who is 12-1. she is 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighs 144 pounds. i'm trying to find a moneyline on that fight. if i had to guess it would be -500 santos so if you won you would get 2000 dollars if you lost, it;s already over for you. once the 10,000 is gone your out of luck.

@ben. you can pick anybody you want. does not matter if alot of people have them. its a money management game and who will take risks and be rewarded.

 

most popular so far are ben henderson and donald cerrone.. the lightweights are exciting.

See Cerrone has fought 6 times in this past year, I don't think he can keep up that pace, have to take like a 6 month break sometime. 

he still has lil diaz coming up. plus he has been  winning fights quickly and not getting hurt. i got the feeling he wants to do other stuff with his life so he wants to get as many fights in and get paid and fight once for the ufc championship belt. i have no problems with that plan. i have seen cerrone fight live and he was very popular even in the WEC days. i saw him defeat Ed "9 mm" Radcliff.

Can we change out fighters later on? And if so what will the rules be on that.

Are you going to keep track of everyone's money? Or do we all have to keep track of our own?

Are new threads gonna be made for each event where we say how much we wanna bet on our fighters?

one thread is sufficient

 

no changing of fighters and if they get injured and this applies to all of us your just down a fighter. no replacements

 

i'll keep track of the money but its a pretty honest bunch here so keep track of your own too but have all fights listed on this thread with amounts wagered and moneylines so we can double check.

@Wolf was that a joke? its "9mm" Ratcliff....I saw Cerrone vs Varner 2!
