Saw some film of Kalombo and he seems limited. Was dropped by Nkululeko Mhlongo (A journeyman from South Africa). Don't know if he's ever fought a top 200 opponent. Very stationary target with heavy hands. Think he'll eat a signature Madrimov left hook and go to sleep.

Already a World Champion in 7 fights! Akhmadaliev is everything I love about the Uzbek style. Great attacking style, switch hitting, crazy footwork and they don't hang about. Straight from the amateurs to chasing World titles in under 10 fights. Iwasa tho, man I like Iwasa too! Anyone who has listened to me knows how much I respect the Japanese boxing scene. Some fantastic boxers with their own attacking style and lack of squash matches! Both these guys are gonna go on the attack and it might be a case of who lands the cleanest 1st, oh yeah both guys are terrific finishers too! Whatever happens I think this will be a great fight

This is a joke, I guess. Yes, Kalombo practically does not have an amateur career: he started boxing at the age of 18, he had 6 fights in amateurs. and six won by knockout. But look, he's already 42 in the world out of 1622 at 154 lbs. I expect a very tough fight (what kind tko in 1 round can be talking about?), so, here, I see a victory on points for Madrimov (after all, he has a lot of experience) or early Kalombo (if there is a chance for a knockout blow). Or I, in general, do not understand anything about boxing.
