Barcelos lost this fight, and it's all on him. No sense of urgency whatsoever in the third and choosing to lie down instead of going for the finish in the second is not good enough

Barcelos just laying on him at the end of the 2nd round was pathetic... yeah he was probably gassed and wanted to save energy for the third, but all he did was bounce around and faint in the 3rd... didn't even throw anything. There goes his hype train.

That’s wild. I guess damage isn’t the most important criteria? Ignoring the fact that valiev threw nothing but tepid punches with no sting, that second round is a 10-8 on anyone’s score card. What a crock.

I think barcelos won. he controlled majority of the fight and knocked his opponent down TWICE . the most damage. how is a few more extra strikes secure a victory over control and damage? ,makes no sense is Parisian won last week

You could see how close Mike Beltran was from stopping that fight in the 2nd. Also Barcelos dropped him brutally twice and followed up with pretty nasty ground and pound.

u have got 3 round, how can qualified men score each round diferentely so often? like the outcomes means nothing for the fighters? Doesn't Dana see the issue here? 2nd round was more dominant. 10-9 score system is not made for MMA, think of something different. Better judges or better scoring system

Barcelos has always been a fighter who throws a lot of volume of strikes, a bad decision not to press starting the third round against a Valiev who he had almost finished in the final stretch of the second round.
Excellent fight from Valiev, although he was knocked down in the second round he led most of the fight with good combinations of punches, elbows and kicks.

Barcelos was just sleeping in the 3rd round man, loved the man's takedown defense and second round near finish but man was I disappointed to see him do nothing in the 3rd round.

Hard fight to score no doubt. Overall you go Raoni for the two knockdowns. But ufc gonna ufc. You have to look at each round as it’s own mini fight and score it separately.
