The reason I have Zombie in this fight is because he has very good takedown defense, which will help him alot against Ige, who’ll try and take him to the ground. Now I know he got taken down a few times against Ortega but the difference Ortega had hurt him and made him worry about his hands. You might also think that if Ortega hurt him, then Ige could too, given the fact that Ige has very good boxing himself, well the difference between Ige and Ortega is the dangerous factor on the ground. Ortega has a much better BJJ when it hits the mat. Now, Ige might be heavy on top, but I believe the BJJ advantage goes to Zombie unlike the Ortega fight. TKZ will have the advantage on the feet and will not be as gunshy as he was,even before getting hurt, against Ortega. However, Dan Ige does always have a puncher's chance along with his already apparent boxing skills, I just believe that TKZ is too much of an experienced kickboxer to get outstruck or caught. He also has a pretty good chin although taking quite a bit of damage against Brian in his last fight. And I picked TKZ by Decision because, as shown previously in his career, Dan is very tough and very hard to get out of there. Dude got sparked and mounted by barboza and survived. He got pieced up and took a bunch of damage against Calvin Kattar but never fell down. He’s very tough and durable and I believe that TKZ won’t be able to finish him and instead, will outstrike him for 5 rounds straight, sort of like he did against Yair Rodriguez before getting caught by that elbow one second before the twenty-fifth minute.
Oleinik vs. Spivak
Sergey Spivak, TKO, R2
Oleinik vs Spivak is the co-main event and this is excellent matchmaking by the UFC in my opinion. I’m obviously expecting Oleinik to go for takedowns and try to avoid the feet with Spivak even though Sergey is also more of a grappler anyway. Furthermore, I believe Spivak has the takedown defense to defend Oleinik’s takedowns and also has the overall better wrestling. On the ground, Alexei can for sure be dangerous, but at this point most of his opponents know what’s coming when he’s on bottom(which he will be in this fight in my opinion, after getting taken down), his ezekiel choke. And for him to fight Spivak who like I mentioned previously, is already a great and the better wrestler, is really dangerous for Oleinik. I think he’ll get completely neutralised on the ground, sort of like Blaydes did when he ground and pounded him and will get TKO’ed by Spivak after also taking a lot of damage from ground and pound shots in the first round. Man, I like Oleinik but he’s taking a lot of damage and is only getting older. I hope he retires after this fight, win or lose.

This is a grapplers delight. I can't wait for this fight. Murata is a judo black belt who is also a national champion in freestyle wrestling, a very unique combination of skill sets. Jandiroba is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt who is a world champion. Let's pray to Jah this fight is a grappling match because both these ladies striking is God Awful. Murata couldnt hit water if she fell out of a boat and Jandiroba's overhand right is so slow you can time it on a sundial. Murata should be able to get the fight to the ground but when she does she's in Virna's world. I dont see a path to victory here for Murata other than a lay and pray decision because she isnt knocking anyone out and no way she submits Virna. I'm picking Virna by second round sub, however, if youre on the Murata side the decision prop is the way to go.
