Create the Two Best UFC Cards you can

I had an interesting idea the other day and I want to see where Tap goes with it. Imagine you can personally stack up two back to back 15 fight UFC cards as much as you want using fighters only once. Note: you don't want to make card A a 10/10 and card B an 8/10 so the goal is to have two evenly massively stacked cards. Your criteria can be whatever you want (favorite fighters, great stylistic match ups, rankings purity, etc). Give me an evenly distributed 30 fights/ 60 fighters split between two events.

I did it! They literally have enough great fighters to put on 5 10/10 15 fight cards back to back (so like 7 normal-length cards) and we're told to be happy with the **** they've been turning out for months. I understand some fighters don't want to fight during the pandemic, but after throwing these 5 cards together willy-nilly and having them look THIS good, it's kind of pathetic the quality of the product we've been given lately. 

Decided to do another cuz I had fun before and this will be my 250th forum post so I'll get an award. I suspect this will be the card where there's actually some name falloff. The fights would still all be good though.
