Vannata is a very talented fighter, tonight apart from showing great striking skillset he also showed great takedown defense and impressive Fight IQ. Lando Vannata's evolution regarding what to do when the fight is close to going to the ground is remarkable. There was also a great handling of his stamina, the change of weight category was a wise decision.
Rather than immediately fighting a Top 15, a strikers matchup between Groovy Vannata vs. Cub Swanson would be awesome
